The location is fantastic. You walk out right to the beach, the walk along the promenade is dreamy. There isn’t much noise isolation, so may not be best for light sleepers. My room was a little stuffy, air conditioning helped. Overall, for the price it’s a great option. All basic needs covered.

This is nice small hotel in a great position on the North bay. Prime sunset watching. We stayed in a premium double on first floor and enjoyed our stay. The room is a good size but bathroom is very tight. It is bright and had a beach hut vibe. We enjoyed our stay as we were so close to the beach and promenade. Also 15 mins walk to the old town.

Excellent little room right in front of the beach! I could not have asked for better. The place was clean, and comfortable. There was AC and a mini fridge which worked perfectly. ¡Gracias!

Excellent stay at the hotel which is very close to the beach. Room was very comfortable with excellent shower. I wanted to walk part of the Camino Way and Cecilia was extremely helpful in helping me to choose which sections to walk. Also, coffee/tea and mini brownies available.

Excellent location and excellent customer service when we arrived the lady on the reception suggested local restaurants and areas of the city to visit and they were all worth the visit. Would definitely stay here again

I had the solo room, which was ok. The bed felt a little lopsided so wasn't the most comfortable. The room itself was sort of clean but the bathroom not so much. Cobwebs, dirt, grime, mould and overall paint coming away. Not really the nicest of bathrooms. My room didnt have a window, only a skylight, in the bathroom which was it's only source if natural light. The room came with a fridge which doesnt really get that cold and a TV. The room itself was a little small, which is fine. The staff were nice and friendly. Overall the hotel is a little small and feels more like a b&b rather than a hotel. It's a bit tight. Then 1 night there was someone ringing the doorbell at 2am for 60 seconds at a time, which is something that doesnt happen at a traditional hotel with a lobby different floors and corridors. The saving grace of the hotel is how close it is to the beach. About 100m really or so. Which was nice on the 2 days I used it and was able go come back and change easily. I wouldnt say it was an unpleasant stay but definitely not great. For what I paid id much rather have stayed somewhere else.

Loved the location near the beach, such a beautiful place to see when you walk out thr door in the morning. The hotel staff can be loud in the morning, waking me up most days but overall, for the money, it was great value, comfortable (no frills) and I would happily stay there again.

We travelled in March and this was chosen as a low cost option so we were happy with the basic accommodation. The shower works, the cleaner works hard, and the complementary tea and fresh coffee were all appreciated. Our room (22) is getting somewhat shabby and there was an odd smell which I don't think the hotel can fix without a refurbishment.

para ser un hotel de dos estrellas esta bien, la habitacion es normal, con buena ubicacion, no tiene calefaccion, si aire acondicionado, tiene buenas vistas a la playa, muy dificil de aparcar, pero el hotel tiene convenio con unos parking, y se puede dejar el coche por 24 horas, por supuesto pagando. el baño muy pequeño, la ducha era un cuadrado de 1metro por 1 metro, de vidrio, me parecio muy caro pero todos los hoteles de san sebastian estaban con precios elevados
