This spectacular apartment is located on the first floor of a building a few steps from the Boulevard and the Old Town. The building is located on Legazpi street, it has an elevator and the apartment has been completely renovated at the end of 2020.

The space has 3 bedrooms with two single beds each, 2 full bathrooms, one of them en suite, and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen has high end appliances and opens onto the spacious living room and dining area. The apartment also stands out for its super high ceilings. Gorgeous French balconies overlook Legazpi Street. It has heating for the winter months and fans for the summer. It also has free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The apartment also has a workspace at the main bedroom which consists on a desk, a monitor that has both HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, with its cables, a USB keyboard and a USB mouse. In brief: It's a perfect spot to connect the laptop and telecommute .

The location is perfect for practically everything in San Sebastian. The old town, bars and restaurants, as well as La Concha beach and Zurriola beach, everything is just a few steps away.

Lovely, well-located but no laundry despite description

Great location, comfortable beds. Very short walk to the old city but in a quieter area. Windows well insulated against street noise. Great breakfast and pintxo options very nearby. We arrived after 2 weeks on the road and really needed the laundry. Washer did not work. Maintenance came promptly and determined that the machine would need to be replaced. Host told us to use the automat in town and offered to reimburse us, then never responded to messages in the app.Wasted half a day at the automat and were never reimbursed.Lovely apartment, not so great host.

Trato excelente y alojamiento excelente Para Repetir

El aislamiento del apartamento es muy bueno, tema muy necesario en una calle tan céntrica. Todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones, y las camas fantásticas. El personal de Rentals Collection, muy amables y atentos. Algún sillón más sería necesario, la sala de estar es justa para 6 personas.
