Located in Bengoetxea Street, between the Victoria Eugenia Theatre and the Plaza de Gipuzkoa Gardens, the Okendo I apartment offers a superb location within walking distance of the main attractions in the city: Both the Old Quarter and the famous La Concha and Zurriola beaches are just a few steps from the apartment. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment has been completely renovated in August 2015. The Okendo I apartment has two bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms and a spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area. The master suite also has a TV. Both bedrooms and the living room have direct access to french balconies overlooking Bengoetxea Street. Each french balcony boasts a beautiful side view to Plaza Okendo!!

This apartment is all about location, you are in the middle of everything and can reach everything in a couple of minutes walking. This was our second time in this apartment and I am sure that we are coming back. The service of Rentalscollection is very good and they help you with everything.

Nice well stocked apartment

The place is in a nice location although loud at night so be prepared to keep windows closed. Just two complaints… we never got the TV on an English speaking channel -very limited channels - and the beds are pretty flimsy. Owners should put in good pillows and bedding should be layers! I never understand why rentals (and hotels) put just one thick cover on a rental bed. You have to freeze or roast. Why not layers?? Or leave extra blankets to opt out of the heavy coverlet.

Una semana en San Sebastián

El departamento muy bien ubicado. Con una decoración bastante sencilla. Las camas muy malas, colchones blandos y no había cama matrimonial. Las toallas de baño pequeñas y de mala calidad. Para una estancia con niños puede estar bien, pero en pareja no volvería.

El apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y su ubicación perfecta! Muy útil haber tenido jabón y champú y gel de ducha! Mil gracias!! Da gusto que bien esta cuidado y todo nuevo. Se podría mejorar—> 1) no usar un cubre de colchón de plástico hace demasiado ruido al dormir y se mueve demasiado 2) las almohadas son demasiadas duras. Ofrecer 2 opciones 3) el colchón demasiado delgado. Asique no dormimos bien

Dejlig lille lejlighed med en fremragende beliggenhed. Overordnet fungerer den, men der var desværre flere irritationsmomenter, der fyldte. Sengene var ikke gode og lagenerne var umuligt i ligge i. Der var hverken salt, peber, sukker, kaffe-the i lejheden og meget lidt sæbe, shampo mv. Rengøringen kunne have været bedre. Ligger ca 100 m fra den gamle bydel og 500 m fra skøn strand.

Perfect apartment for exploring San Sebastián

The apartment is small but has everything you need and the location can not be beat! It’s quiet but just a quick 2 block walk to all the action of the old city. The double bed is two twins pushed together and move apart with small movements. Would also be nice to have more pillows with the very hard and short headboards.

All Good!

Great location, nice building and great little apartment. Enjoyed the Netflix streaming service which is great for English speaking visitors. Neighborhood quiet at night and gentle 10 or so minute walk to the charming old town and best tapas in Spain and 15 minutes to the rail and bus stations which are handy for day trips to places like Bilbao.
