The house has been recently renovated and enjoys a splendid position on the gulf and its proximity to the beach.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
A short distance away there are other beautiful beaches which are different from each other and separated by cliffs; In front of the house you can see the island of Mal di Ventre, a protected natural oasis and tourist destination. A few kilometers away there are beautiful quartz beaches, the best known is Is Arutas, proceeding in the same direction you can visit the archaeological site of Tharros (ancient city first Phoenician and then Roman) located in the splendid promontory of Capo San Marco. From Putzu Idu beach boats leave daily that take tourists to the island of Mal di Ventre, also there are Diving Centers, surf schools and centers that rent various types of surf, canoes, wind-surfers, rafts, pedal boats, etc. .. The surf area of Capo Mannu (three kilometers away) is a famous Mediterranean hot spot. The Equestrian Center 'San Lorenzo' is very well equipped and also includes a bar, pizzeria and restaurant. From here we organize horse trails to discover breathtaking places.

Sehr schöne Woche

Die ausgesprochen schöne Lage macht das Objekt natürlich aus. Jedoch ist die Ausstattung auch in Ordnung.Der Vermieter Michele war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Nachdem wir eine Kaffeemaschine vermissten, stand er 1 Stunde später mit einer nagelneuen Maschine vor der Haustür. Das nenn ich Service. Außerdem gab es noch eine Willkommensleckerei. Top! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Tolles Haus direkt am Strand

Sehr nette Begrüßung. Obst und Wasser standen bei der Ankunft bereit. Netter Kontakt zu Michele und seinem Team. Alles sehr sauber, neue Schlafzimmer, Ventilatoren, Gartenmöbel und Terrassen auch vor dem Haus. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und wir hatten - 3 Erwachsene im September 2018, einen schönen, entspannten 2 wöchigen Urlaub. Weitere schöne Strände befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleine Läden vor Ort. Guten Wein findet man im Kloster gegenüber - Weingläser haben uns gefehlt... Auch im Kloster sehr nette Menschen und gute Beratung beim Weinkauf. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Posizione stupenda, casa ristrutturata benissimo,arredata con gusto e attenzione ai particolari.

La posizione e' fantastica, sulla spiaggia. Dal patio si può godere di una fantastica vista , tramonti spettacolari e ogni sera il passaggio dei fenicotteri... La casa e' nuova e funzionale, con lavatrice, lavastoviglie .... la doccia fuori !! Il proprietario e' molto disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Super consigliata!!

Perfetto!!!

In poche parole perfetto: sole, mare e relax. La casa semplice ma funzionale dispone di quanto necessario x godersi la vacanza...anzi di più: 1. É posizionata direttamente sulla spiaggia, da cui si accede attraversando la siepe di confine 2. La veranda, sempre ventilata, gode di un panorama mozzafiato, che si gode appieno durante la cena vista tramonto sul capo 3. La doccia esterna superfunzionale. 4. Parcheggio interno a disposizione. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di condividere momenti di vacanza con il locatario sempre disponibile e gentile: grazie Michele!!

sehr schönes sauberes Strandhaus direkt am Sandstrand - hervorragende Betreuung durch den Vermieter

Von der Buchung über die Bezahlung bis zur Abgabe der Wohnung am Ende des Urlaubs hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Michele der Besitzer war immer pünktlich und zuverlässig vor Ort. Ein Früchtekorb, 6 Flaschen Mineralwasser und ein Pack italienischer Kaffee standen bei unserer Ankunft für uns bereits in der Küche - Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber gereinig. Sehr angenehm ist die geschlossene Duschkabine - sonst nicht immer üblich in Italien. Der Sitzplatz zum Meer ist genau wie auf dem Bild gezeigt. Wir mussten als einzige kleine Vorsichtsmaßnahme die Wendeltreppe mit zusätzlichen Gitter sichern, die sind leider nicht Kleinkinder sicher. Sehr zu empfehlen

Semplicemente un sogno che chiunque vorrebbe fare: sole, mare e relax. La posizione è perfetta e la sistemazione dispone di ciò che è necessario per godersi questo magnifico luogo. Senza prezzo la doccia esterno al tramonto. Sempre gentile e disponibile il proprietario. Grande Michele! Simply a dream that anyone would want to do: sun, sea and relax. Parfait.

Vacances parfaites. Nous sommes une famille avec trois enfants et nous avons visité la Sardaigne l'été dernier en Juillet et avons été impressionnés par la beauté et la variété des paysages. L'appartement est très pittoresque, confortable et spacieux. Rien à redire. M. Michel est gentil et poli.
