I enjoyed my stay at Harrah’s! I didn’t care for the way I was looked at when she asked if I booked a suite then said there was none. After saying there was none she took my ID and went to the back and said my manager said I can give you this room. If there is an available room why would you need a managers approval. I told her I was interested in the early check in and late check out and her facial expression looked as if she thought I was scamming. Just as I was about to pay she said hold up let me see the name on that card. I didn’t see anyone else get asked that. They used their cards with no problem. My room was fairly clean with the exception of the couch it was stained really bad. I didn’t care because I had no intuition of sitting on it. If you get room number 10050 valley view suite just know the couch is horrible, but it did have a refrigerator in the room which was definitely a pus.

Close to the beach and park

Every staff person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Loved the views and location. Wished there was more room to walk in the living room when the pull out sofa was open.
