Such a nice property. I want to come back only because of that. A guys name that starts with Mama that had been there for 8 years gave me great advise of the property and answered all my questions however they sent me the wrong room service order and claimed that the pizza I wanted wasnt on the menu even though it was clearly printed online. They did not give me a bottle opener leaving me to open a glass bottle with a knife. That itself made it feel like a 3 or 4 star property at most. I gave them euro cash for the order and told them I would be paying cash euro. I can only assume they took it as a perseived "tip". When checking out they told me my room service order was never paid. I was upset and this makes me weary to book here again as I love barcelona and went to Ibiza, Ushuaia as an amazing experience during my trip. Arguably #1 club in the world for house music. So long story short I double paid for room service at a 5 star hotel. I've worked for Marriott many years ago at a JW and this kind of service is unheard of. I did not feel any extra touch that was typical for a 5 star property besides the baggage handlers which were helpful and checking in was smoothe.
