Bed was stiff, but room was very clean

As always, the room was spotless & beds so comfy. Staff was super helpful & check in/out seamless. Love the Arvon.

Ive stayed here several times, although the rooms are clean & tidy , the company that did/does the room renos should be strung up. Very bad workmanship. My last room still smelled of cigarette smoke. I'd hate to cost someone a job but handing my credit card over to the desk clerk whom was covered in "jail style tats and dressed biker style " was a wee bit disconcerning. Im old but dont think I'd be alone in that thought.

Had a good night. You can hear cars going by and neighbors opening and closing the doors. Noticed cleaners missed a few items like sauce packets in the fridge and soda pop can tab under the chair. Otherwise the room was spotless. Staff was very helpful with quick and smooth checkin/out. Breakfast was enjoyable. Had waffle mix replaced very quickly when it was low. King size bed so comfortable! I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool this time, but previous times have been great with hot tub close bye. Would recommend!

Great room on short notice. Awesome staff especially for how busy it was. Always enjoy staying here.
