The first 3 days of our stay we had to get a staff member to let us in our room due to the key system not working. The resort overall was not clean and taken care of. Room .. patio door was very difficult to open and close, not very clean, maid service was poor. Food was horrible, not much to choose from. Service … there was none. The coffee shop did not have hot coffee, you could only get iced, said their machine was on the way . The few staff members that were there paid more attention to their phones than guest. One bartender was sneaking shots and drinks while another was busy charging his personal items and bragging he was using the resorts electric. Another complained to us how tired she was and how long her shifts were. Most of the staff did not even acknowledge us. I would not recommend nor will I return to this place. I would not call this a resort , I have been to many and this one was a disappointment.
