"They’ve really thought of everything! We had every home comforter we could think of, from filtered water to a hairdryer and cotton balls. I personally really loved the black-out curtains for sleeping in. Also, I would note the area is really quiet, which is great for me since I’m such a lite sleeper, I didn’t need my ear plugs. "My room had a major amout of ants by the windows and into an outlet, they seemed to go away as the sun went down. Carpets were stained. Bedding seemed clean though. Checking in, the staff was chatting for awhile while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Then on checking out, waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk, a line formed while waiting. We just threw our cards on the desk and left. If it weren't for the ants, I probably would have used the big tub. Their breakfast was sad, too. One thing to make waffles, 2 cereals, and a handful of tiny muffins. The counter was bare where I would expect more choices to be. Last but not least, the remote didnt work for the tv. I just wanted sleep so I left it alone. "

"We fell in love with Little America Hotel!!! Right downtown, everything was within walking distance, and the city tram ran right past the hotel. This is a beautiful hotel....the view from our 9th floor was great....and the food was amazing. Loved sitting in the lobby by the huge fireplace and reading my book with a chai latte. We utilized the great workout room as well. We would definitely stay here each time we are in Salt Lake City!!"

"We booked a king bed room, which we did get however it was a handicap room with a messy shower that runs into the bathroom all over the floor. I understand the need for this but it wasn’t what I booked although that’s what the front desk said. My confirmation says otherwise. The bathroom floor was stained and had an odor coming from the drain. Glad it was only 1 night or I would have left. Staff was friendly but would not give us another room. "

"The location was good. Easy parking, and easy check-in. Price was good too. But this is an old hotel that just needs some attention and repair. Our room was clean, but had torn curtains, a broken door lock (the second flip over style lock) and had a spot in the bathroom where it looked like someone kicked in the wall. I won’t run back to stay there again, but if I had to go back, I know the room is fine, and it’s a safe and fairly clean place to stay. It could be a nice place with some attention paid to minor repairs and updating."
