The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend.

The location offer a perfect calm and relaxing expérience. With an incredible mountain view. The staff is incredibly kind and helpfull with all activity. They offer ou a transport option.
We tried 2 types of rooms both was incredible but the superior room for 4 pax has a stunning view. Even if it's foggy it's a perfect experience !

Tiffany was extremely accomodating. This hotel is near the less frequented WEST GATE of the park, which means a lot less options for everything.
Only because of Tiffany's help throughout our trip would I say this was a 5 star experience. 4 stars mostly because the nearby restaurant is very local and might not be suitable for Western families with toddlers, like ours.

Room was clean and located across the road from cable car to Tianmen Mountain. Air conditioning was set to 25 degrees Celsius and this couldn’t be changed so room extremely hot. Breakfast just ok.
