"This is definitely NOT a five-star hotel. They should lower their rating system. The room, carpet and bathroom is outdated. Plus they charge for the fitness gym and the sauna. I was shocked that 5 star hotel does not provide a free gym access. Also as a Expedia platinum member, they give you free welcome drink but it's only for take out. I asked the coffee shop employee if I could sit down and drink my coffee, and she said "No". She said I cannot sit down and drink my coffee, I can only take it out. Another thing during the check in, I asked if I could use the spa that's attached to hotel. The front person said just tell the spa your room number. I thought it was included because she did not mentioned the price, and it turned out you get a discount price not free. Overall the service, amenities and cleanness is not met with my expectation. If it was 4 or 3 star hotel I would understand but not when it's promoted for 5 star."

"The breakfast menu was really delicious. The room and all amenities were really clean. All the staff from check-in to those cleaning the rooms were all super nice. The location is also really convenient."

"Just a very average hotel. Good value for the money. I chose this over the Shilla Stay which is right next door thinking that Shilla was carpeted and Lotte was hardwood floors. Lotte was also carpeted and very old carpet if i may add. Anyways, you get what you pay for."

"Leisure and peaceful environment around the hotel. Make sure you can call uber or taxi if going out, there are no taxi waiting downstairs at the hotel. Cheese bagel was nice restaurant for breakfast, their cake also delicious. "
