In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. Die Zimmer sowie das Bad waren nicht wirklich sauber. Man sah den verpickten Staub wo sie mit dem Tuch drüber gewischt hat oder wischen wollte. Eines der Bettwäsche war dreckig und nicht überzogen genauso fehlten Polster und Decken. Auf Nachfrage bei der Putzfrau wurde dieses behoben.
