About Finca Sa Teulera:

Our Finca Sa Teulera was designed with great attention to detail and offers space for up to 6 adults and a small child in the baby bed provided. The house has a spacious living area with German satellite TV and an adjacent dining area with space for 6 people.The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine, has an additional dining area and is the ideal place to prepare local delicacies.

For your comfort, we have equipped the finca with towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and even for visiting the pool/beach. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge, so that even the youngest guests feel at home.

The outside area:

Step by step, Finca Sa Teulera takes you into a magical outdoor world. From the kitchen and living area you access the large covered terrace where you can enjoy unparalleled meals overlooking the breathtaking landscape.A Weber grill is available for culinary adventures while the rolling hills and fields enchant your senses.

The garden houses a pool measuring approximately 3.5 x 6 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters, which is accessed via a Roman staircase. The pool area also has a shady and cozy chillout corner, ideal for relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun.

Sant Joan is a picturesque village in Mallorca, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the tourist crowds. Here you can experience authentic village life and stroll through the narrow streets to discover local shops, bakeries and the village supermarket.The location of the finca allows you to easily explore the surrounding area on foot and experience the beating heart of Sant Joan.

If you would like to explore further, there are beautiful hiking trails nearby that lead to hidden coves and breathtaking viewpoints. The island of Mallorca also offers a wealth of activities to explore, from water sports to culture and history.

Experience an unforgettable holiday at Finca Sa Teulera, where comfort and nature merge in perfect harmony. We warmly welcome you and look forward to welcoming you to this wonderful environment. If necessary, air conditioning cold/warm can be booked on site for €10.00 per night.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, zentrale Lage auf der Insel, kein Touristenrummel, kleines Städtchen mit kleiner Einkaufsmöglichkeit, die Anfahrt war etwas schwierig (einfach vorher sehr genau erkundigen), sehr großzügige Unterkunft.

maison agréable et tres propre dans un village de campagne
petit bug à l'arrivée suite à un changement d'horaire non pris en compte. la maison est agréable, très propre et les literies très confortables. l’extérieur, terrasse et piscine, permettent de profiter du climat ( et des moustiques !) dans un cadre paisible. On regrette seulement l'absence de fournitures de base à l'arrivée ( cuisine, produits d'entretien, ) qui a exigé un passage obligatoire et conséquent dans un supermarché bien achalandé. Le manque signalé d'ustensiles dans la cuisine a été corrigé dès le lendemain par Miguel .

Das Haus liegt oberhalb einer ausgedehnten Ebene, man hat einen guten Ausblick. Es gibt zahlreiche Wanderwege zu Tageszielen durch Orangen- oder Olivenbaumhainen. Sineu, Santuari de Bonany, Puig de San Nofre sind schöne ausgedehnte Wanderungen. Mit ďem Auto kommt man von St.Joan bequem zu allen Orten der Insel. Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet verfügt über eine große Terrasse und einen schönen Pool. Im Frühjahr empfiehlt es sich die Heizung mit zu buchen. Die Besitzer sind freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de cette villa. La maison est parfaitement équipée et très spacieuse pour 6 personnes (alors que nous étions que deux) La terrasse est un véritable atout avec des zones très ensoleillées et ombragées à la convenance de chacun. Vous cohabiterez avec quatres petites tortues. La maison est située à l'extrémité d'un petit village typique et calme de Majorque avec des petits commerces (supermarché, pizzeria) directement accessible à pied. Il n'y a pas de voisinage directe et la vue de la terrasse donne sur un verger. Nous y étions en avril et la maison était très fraîche ce qui est un véritable plus pour l'été. Pour finir, les propriétaires nous ont fait très bonne accueil, nous ont même offert des pattisserie et nous ont été d'une grande aide pour les formalités administratives. Nous recommandons cette villa pour un très bon séjour dans le Majorque typique.

Tolle Finca in der Inselmitte Mallorcas
Buchung // reibungsloser Kontakt mit der Agentur nach der Buchung, toll gelaufen, ohne Zwischenfälle Anreise, Check-In // Die Eigentümer Miquel und Cati waren bereits bei der Finca, als wir ankamen und haben uns sehr herzlich begrüsst (aufgrund Covid-19 mit Maske wie hier in Spanien üblich) und danach durch die Finca geführt. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Mietobjekt // Eine absolut tolle und perfekt eingerichtete Finca mit sehr grosszügigem Grundriss, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sehr sauber, keine bösen Überraschungen. Sehr bequeme Matratzen in allen Zimmern. Gegen Aufpreis von EUR 10/Tag Klimaanlage im Elternschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Empfehlenswert im Sommer! (Spitzentemperatur bei uns bis 40 Grad Celsius) -> Erweiterung der Klimaanlage auf die beiden weiteren Zimmer wäre genial. Sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche, mit allen nötigen Utensilien und einer Auswahl an Gewürzen. Es gibt nur eine Filterkaffeemaschine und eine kleine Bialetti.. Sauberer Pool (wird gereinigt), toller Loungebereich. Wir waren auch froh über die hauseigene Waschmaschine. Lage // Sant Joan liegt ca. 30min vom Flughafen Palma entfernt, mit dem Mietwagen sehr gut erreichbar. Innerhalb von 30min erreicht man entweder eine Küste oder die Hauptstadt Palma. Umgebung // Manacor (10min) -> zweitgrösste Stadt der Insel, Einkauf oder Bummel. Sineu (7min) -> bekannt für den Bauernmarkt jeweils Mittwoch Vormittag, tolle Restaurants (Pizzeria Xiroi, Santapi). Artà (40min) -> hübsche Stadt mit Ibiza/Hippie-Flair, schöne Altstadt, sehr lohnenswert. Cala Mesquida (45min) -> sensationeller Strand im Nordosten, türkisblaues klares Wasser, Sandstrand, guter Einstieg. Porto Colom (35min) -> hübsche Hafenstadt mit einigen tollen Restaurants (zB. Hostal Porto Colom!). FAZIT // Uns hat die Woche in Mallorca sehr gut gefallen, haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt, ein kleines Highlight sind die 4 Schildkröten im Garten und die zentrale Lage. Muchisimas gracias a Miquel y Cati y saludos desde Zurich, Suiza.

Wir waren im Oktober 2019 für 6 Tage in diesem großzügigen Haus. Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr herzliche, jederzeit erreichbare und stets hilfsbereite Vermieter.Die ruhige Lage in der Inselmitte hatte uns gereizt, so war die ganze Insel mit dem Mietwagen entspannt erreichbar! Sehr entspannte Tage für zwei Familien
Die Finca ist räumlich großzügig ausgestattet. Uns hat wirklich nichts gefehlt, obwohl wir fast jeden Tag selber gekocht haben. Sehr schön ist auch der Supermarkt in der Nähe mit netten Personal und fairen Preisen. Die Schildkröten waren eine willkommene Abwechslung für die Kinder. Der Pool war von der Größe auch völlig ausreichend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab wlan und Satelliten Fernsehen, den wir kaum nutzten :) Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Wir waren 2 Paare mit zwei Kindern ( 9+ 11 Jahre)

Eine schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit Freunden eine Woche dort gewesen, das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit war nur 3 Fußminuten entfernt und so konnte man schnell ein paar Kleinigkeiten kaufen. Wir waren super zufrieden gewesen. Vielleicht bis zum nächsten mal.

Wir haben Anfang September eine Woche in der Finca Urlaub gemachtSehr viel Platz für 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind . Betten super bequem, alles sehr sauber. Unsere Enkelin war von den 4 Schildkröten total begeistert,die natürlich jeden Morgen von ihr gefüttert wurden. Am 2 Tag entdeckten wir dann noch 2 Babyschildkröten.Supernette Besitzer!!!!!!!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, der Empfang und die Übergabe der Vermietet super! 👍 Wir sind Abends angekommen, (im Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit nach 20:00 Uhr, kleiner Supermarkt direkt 150 Meter vom Haus entfernt) die Vermieter haben uns für die Kinder noch eine Kleinigkeit für das Frühstück geschenkt und haben uns noch ein Lokal gezeigt und sich noch um einen freien Platz bemüht. Sensationell und DANKE. Der Pool mit dem Salzwasser sehr angenehm, kein Chlorgeruch. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wir habe den Mittelpunkt der Insel genossen, Ausflüge in alle Richtungen gut möglich. Perfekt wäre noch eine Erweiterung der Klimaanalge auf die zwei weiteren Schlafzimmer. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, sehr empfehlenswert. Die Abwicklung mit Fewo ebenfalls sehr gut ! P.S.: Die 4 Schildkröten im Beet sind gerade für Kinder auch ein Highlight...

RUND-UM-ZUFRIEDEN :-)
Also wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Objekt - es war total sauber, die Betten super, der Außenbereich gepflegt - dass Pool wurde immer gereinigt - lediglich vielleicht noch ein Sonnenschirm zu den Liegen wäre zu empfehlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt total genossen - da wir schon öfter in der Nähe untergebracht waren - wussten wir, dass das Haus zentral über einem kleinen sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt liegt, bei dem man auch frische Brötchen bekommt. Die Aufteilung war für uns ideal mit dem Schlafzimmer und Bad im vorderen Bereich - das nutzten meine Eltern und dann nochmal zwei Schlafzimmer mit Bad - abgetrennt mit einer Schiebetür für uns und unseren Sohn. Das Ess-Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Tisch sowie die Küche auch - wo min. 6 Personen sitzen können. Ebenso ist es auf der schönen schattigen Terrasse. Das Chillout - Bett war unser Lieblingsplatz. Ach ja - es gibt noch ein Duschbad/WC mit Waschmaschine zur Außentreppe Richtung Pool - sieht man nicht auf den Bildern - aber total klasse - dass man nicht durchs Haus zur Toilette muss. Die Vermieter sind so liebe Leute und total hilfsbereit - Te abrazamos y te enviamos un cordial saludo. Wir waren zwar zum ersten mal in diesem Haus -aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal - Hasta pronto

Alles in allem alles sehr gut und dem Preis angemessen. Kleine Makel: 2 von 3 Schlafzimmern waren recht „muffig“, auch wenn die Fenster den ganzen Tag geöffnet waren, lag aber vielleicht auch an der herbstlichen Jahreszeit, die Badezimmer sollten bald mal renoviert werden, gehen aber noch.

Voyage depuis la France en voiture (transit à l'aller par Barcelone et retour par Valencia). Nous avons trouvé une villa agréable correspondant à la description. La villa est dans un endroit calme avec parking. 3 chambres , 2 salles de bain avec beaucoup de rangement,un grand salon une grande cuisine bien équipée, une terrasse couverte, une piscine pour se détendre et une buanderie.Situé dans un village avec 2 supérettes et plusieurs restaurants , calme et reposant. Idéal pour rayonner sur l'île. Accueil très gentil et agréable des propriétaires et disponibles. Villa à recommandée pour vos vacances

Séjour de rêve
La maison est au cœur d un joli village, calme. Autour il y d autres villages à voir Montuiri, Petra tout aussi joli.....Après pour visiter d autres lieux sur l ile c est assez central, et Palma n est qu à une demi heure. Nous pouvons faire les courses à pied, il y a tout ce qu il faut et Miguel ( parle français)and Miguel ( habla Espanol) sont très attentionnés vis à vis de leur locataire . Ils viennent s occuper de la piscine, il y a des tortues qui vivent dans le jardin et qui ont fait notre bonheur😉 . Enfin nous avons passé un séjour très très agréable dans une maison , facile à vivre, que nous nous sommes vite appropriée, nous étions contents le soir de rentrer au calme et de contempler la jolie vue que nous avions de la terrasse. Merci à Miguel and Miguel su amabilidad y erdonpor no poder escribir todo en espanol pero en frances mas simple y facial para mi Recomiendo esta casa

Maison tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très agréable et très propre. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. La maison est située dans un village au calme, très bien située pour visiter toute l'île. Seul bémol, l'utilisation de la climatisation est payante en plus et serait bien utile en cas de forte chaleur.

Wir haben zu 4 eine Woche Ende August 2017 in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Beschreibung wo das Haus steht, fehlte leider komplett da auch keine Adresse angegeben war. Nach kurzem suchen wurden wir aber, auch mit ein wenig Glück, fündig. Wir verbrachten 7 Nächte und könnten nichts an der Unterkunft oder den Hausherren aussetzen. Empfehle diese Unterkunft weiter!
