Lovely family hotel, Amimation team were amazing, the kids loved them all, bar staff and hotel staff lovely and friendly, clean. Drinks were good and no queues at the bar. The only real complaint is that it is supposed to be a no smoking anywhere around the hotel but people were smoking everywhere. At the theatre, around the pool, at the bar, outside the restaurant. We couldn't get away from it which is dissapointing as it's only a few guests spoiling it for everyone else rather than those few guests just moving away from everyone else for five minutes. Smokers will happily accept going to a designated smoking area if they are asked to but if it's not enforced then they don't bother. No ashtrays obviously so all the ash just flicked all over the floor where everyone is walking around bearfoot all day.

Excellent séjour à 4 adultes et 6 enfants! L’animation est géniale, les repas très corrects et variés, manquait toutefois des croissants le matin et peut-être une paella dans la semaine? Les messieurs au service pourraient être plus souriants. Seul bémol, le nettoyage des chambres qu’une seule dame assure pour tout l’établissement. Dans l’ensemble, je recommande cet établissement.

Excellent séjour en famille. Les animateurs, le personnel au top. L'insonorisation du logement était très dérangeante les premiers jours/nuits. Puis on s'y habitue. Côté restauration rien à redire sur la qualité, quantité ou diversification des menus en revanche c'est une cantine, le niveau sonore y est conséquent. Mais aucun regret je réitèrais l'expérience avec plaisir !

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub (Tochter 2,5 Jahre). Die Animateure waren alle super freundlich und engagiert und unser Apartment war super. Auch die Umgebung und der Strand in Sa Coma ist wunderschön. Nur das Essen war nichts für uns.. da hätten wir uns lieber weniger Auswahl und dafür höhere Qualität gewünscht.
