Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable. Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous. For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose.

Loved the apartment! Property was in good condition, bed was comfortable and it had an amazing terrace to relax at night with a glass of wine. Perfectly located to all amenities, walking distance to many points of interest and markets. Highly recommended it!

Staff across the board were very friendly and the receptionists were full of useful and helpful information. The location is perfect for stepping out in the old part of Valencia within 10-12 minutes stroll of many of the tourist sights. It was easy to walk around or if needed, take a bus or metro or tram for 2€ - buy a SUMA 10 trip Zone A ticket for 9€ (ours was even reduced 40% in June). You can share between two (tap twice) and makes it cheap to go a bit further eg the beach or return after a long hot walk along the old river The rooms were clean and well equipped with coffee machine, kettle, fridge, hob and basic cooking equipment if needed. As others mention the position of the TV was awkward parallel to the bed and you'll get mainly news channels in English other than Spanish ones. (One French , no German as far as I recall but may be wrong). You get 2 bottles of water each day, 2 coffee pods and tea bags (possibly could request extras). Bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water for showers - body wash/shampoo plus hand soap and lotion. Breakfast was plentiful with a selection of hot food (including asparagus and broccoli), sausage, bacon, scrambled egg plus fresh fruit, cheese, tortilla, granola, yogurt, breads and pastries. Service was good with attentive staff. (Now I'd reluctantly suggest you skip the breakfast option to take advantage of the many bars at least once on your visit) Take advantage of their sister hotel for a quiet drink on the rooftop bar.

I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and the hotel responded to my queries before the stay in a timely manner. We had a classic suite - it was very nice to have a proper sofa in the room and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the mini-kitchen facilities in the room as we ate breakfast on the terrace each morning but useful if you don't fancy going out. Breakfast was very tasty - each morning there was a bowl of pastries, juice, yogurt and fruit and then we chose from a menu - can thoroughly recommend the scrambled egg. Our days were made even brighter by Avril - a lovely cheerful, helpful waitress, who by the end of the week was anticipating our requests before we even made them. The pool is really just a little bigger than a hot tub, with jacuzzi bubbles and a fountain. I found it a little chilly (mid june) but it serves a purpose for cooling off and there are a few sunloungers to chill out on. We chose the hotel for its location - its not somewhere you would really go if you wanted to chill by the pool each day. The location of the hotel is brilliant - in the Placa de la Reina - virtually next door to the cathedral. There are a number of restaurants in the square and the atmosphere was really good at night. very vibrant. We ate regularly at Haus, and the Valencian Paella was delicious. We used the metro to travel from the airport, and to the beaches nearby. We had a fabulous holiday and would defiintely return to the same hotel if we visit again.

Excellent location, everything was at our doorstep and the team were fantastic. The only thing we didn’t have was a balcony or terrace but our property was a bed each so we compromised on this. Also would be great to have a bottle and wine bottle opener in the apartment, this was easily fixed as we went to the cafe downstairs and they obliged kindly. 100% recommend this place.
