"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"What an absolutely dreamy place. The accommodations were wonderful everything is amazing. Two bathrooms with teens is a big plus. The hosts Carlo and Consuelo were kind and informative saved us a parking spot right in front of house . Plenty to do just walking around, but driving to the beaches was just incredible. We will be back when it’s warmer but not too crowded . Wish it was just a little warmer but beyond that superb. This is the place to stay with your family on this magical island!...

"Sardinia Gem House was the best stay of our 2 week stay in Italy split up between 4 different VRBOs. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, even little things like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. It was a great location to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The host, Loredana is the best! She was so accomadating and had the best personality! Highly recommended!"

"The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. "I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach ."

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa with a well-appointed kitchen, exceptional space, and beautiful location. Local beach was 5-10 minute walk and definitely worth visiting. I would strongly recommend renting a car as we paid an exceptional amount for taxis to Cagliari and Villasimius. We had difficulty arranging taxis home from Villasimius and for our return trip to the airport; would rely on rental car next time."
