There was a barbecue that we could use which worked out great with traveling with 2 young children. The location was great for getting to markets, downtown Solvang, wineries, and Los Olivos. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. "Property was great. Did not have ocean view but could hear the waves and birds singing. Did not know that Oeano is used as access point for pick-up trucks to drive on sand, so it was a bit odd, but still had some nice walks on the beach and had a dog with us too!"

"Brought mum here for Mother’s Day. The hole family (5 adults and 1 toddler) had a blast. The house has everything you could want, including foosball and a Pac-man arcade booth. The out door fire pit was a major plus. Bring your favorite foods and you’ll feel like you found your second home."

"This small 2-bedroom is a great, eclectic place to stay. Walking distance to much in downtown. The backyard has a great seating area with a fire pit. I would suggest you bring a small car as the driveway is very tight. But, overall, a great stay."

"Great Location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach/Pier. Walk to restaurants and a great Donut shop, Surfside Donuts. Kitchen was well appointed. Had everything we needed to make an easy dinner. House was very clean, beds were comfy. Parking spot was great but there was plenty of street parking when we were there. Small but private outdoor space."

"I was on vacation and I chose to set my alarm so I could watch the sunrise from the property. Each morning. I simply walked out the double slider doors to a fenced in backyard and you are there. If u want u can turn on the firepit and enjoy the seating area. One morning the cows came to visit. Feet from me. Gorgeous animals. The peacefulness and beauty of the location was why we selected this location. Everything was close to the downtown area of SLO. Such an easy drive to Cal Poly or any DT...

"We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway."

"We had a great weekend at the house and enjoyed our time in Santa Barbara! As the reviews say, the kitchen is pretty minimal. The coffee pot needs to be cleaned, could use more towels in kitchen and bathrooms, and there was trash outside/leaves all over the patio. All in all would stay here again!"
