Property is big and beautiful. Beaches and pool area are clean and spacious. The staff are great. Can’t stress how great the staff were. Only 4 stars (Could even be 3 1/2) due to the food being underwhelming. Not a lot of variety and a lot of it overcooked, dry or tough

Overall we thought it really good! On elevator not working was inconvenient but the staff was accommodating. Also, the Italian restaurant was really poor service & I had to take my daughter to get food at their regular buffet restaurant because they had not put in her order (nor asked about her when they delivered her brothers food). The resort overall is not child friendly and really miss on catering to families with younger children like us. We really loved the entertainment. They were really good, energetic, and always delivered an excellent show at the theater. The singers are fantastic & dancers are non stop fun! We’d go again once our kids are older.

Good property. Not really accessible to the beach without paying to use another resort.

The property and rooms are excellent, the food is good but a bit overpriced. If you stay in the upper area, it takes a lot of climbing the stairs to go to the beach. Overall, if you want to relax and enjoy the pool and the beach, this is the hotel to be in. The only negative thing is that you cannot walk to the little town of Santa Cruz, the hotel is too far and it takes over an hour, you have to take a taxi to get there, there is nothing much outside the property.
