We have stayed at this hotel many times, it is one of our favorite. The receptionist on this particular stay of the 11th of October was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. He made me feel like I was just more work for him and he was practically doing me a favor by checking us in for our stay. Like I said, Love this hotel but let’s work on the reception please!

I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect. The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It’s a must stay!
