The staff was very friendly and quick to offer assistance if they think you are looking a little lost. My one complaint is the free breakfast is very limited in what you can eat. But then again it is free and you have the option to pay for a regular meal "

"Super cute Hotel looks a little sketchy feom the outside because its in downtown San Jose. We went walking to a nearby restaurant and honestly everyone in Costa Rica is very nice and respectful. The Hotel is super cute tge staff is so friendly. They have the best breakfast in the morning!"

"Staff pleasant, nice and quiet, good location. AC worked fine though I did not need it,shower with warm water.Whenever I needed a repair light or batteries maintenance fixed it prompyly. I hope they can find an owner for the small dining area and the bar/restaurant."
