We had an excellent stay at Al Castello! Paolo was a magnificent host, with excellent restaurant and entertainment recommendations. He greeted us each morning at breakfast with coffees and special treats, as we watched Mount Etna fuming in the distance. He also helped us park and load the car. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was convenient for the sights. I would absolutely recommend a stay! Thanks for everything Paolo!

Great reception staff and breakfast cafe staff. Incredibly helpful and professional.
The hotel itself was made with good materials like marbles and woods but everything is stained and damaged. Really horrible experience walking on old dirty carpet.s and seeing walls that need painting everywhere. Really needs an interior designer to help them put it back together nicely. People spend their very hard earned money and don't want to feel like their in a dilapidated environment.
