Casita Ristra is a freestanding house artfully created to give one couple or single that perfect luxury downtown Santa Fe living experience. Quiet and hidden behind a unique locked gate, Casita Ristra is only three short blocks from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, two blocks from the Georgia O’Keeffe museum and one from the Santa Fe Convention Center. The Guadalupe Railyard District is also only a few blocks away.

You have a private coyote-fenced flagstone patio in the front courtyard perfect for coffee or barbecue at the umbrella table seating 4 (for your old or new friends!) and a covered pergola patio off the master so you can relax in the shade or watch the snowfall in winter.

King bed, large airy bedroom, fine linens, soft pillows, a top-quality mattress, 32" Smart HD flatscreen TV and Preferred Cable. The living room also has an extra large Smart HD flatscreen TV and Preferred Cable and a real wood burning traditional kiva fireplace (with complimentary first-fire pinon firewood set-up).

The kitchen is fully and thoughtfully equipped with added conveniences, a gas stove, double-door stainless refrigerator (filtered water and ice), high-end microwave, and handsome tableware.

The bathroom has oodles of cabinet storage and a terrific custom-tiled shower (with grab bar) and washer/dryer for your use.

Other amenities include "real" refrigerated central air-conditioning and forced air heating system, free super-high-speed wireless internet, great closet space with lots of hangers, full-length mirror, luggage racks and extra blankets.

We clean the casita ourselves, so it is CLEAN (read: pristine) and everything works!
