The staff were friendly and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The pool was closed, and had been for some time. One of the things on our must-haves for a hotel during summer is a pool. Very disappointing.

We really loved our stay at Hotel Santa Fe. It was clean and conveniently located. The room was perfect and I loved the flute music when we were in any of the public spaces. We ate at the restaurant three times during our stay and it was really good and so was the staff. I used the pool area twice and it was also clean and beautiful. We especially appreciated the Shuttle service. Our drivers were both friendly and informative. We had Sotantar several times and Pete twice. A wonderful experience! We will definitely recommend this Hotel to our friends.

Avoid the property until their unannounced amenities maintenance is done. The pool is blocked off and not functioning. Same for the spa. Unfortunately we booked this hotel specifically for the amenities. The hotel refused to provide any form of refund for their false advertising, as their webpage nor Expedia’s mention the lack of access to the amenities. Major disappointment.

I stay here often The staff are lovely especially Alex My only gripe is as many others say.,. They advertise a pool but it has been closed since Covid and yet they charge a resort fee

The Lodge is located in a beautiful spot. We can see the mountains and the Veterans National Cemetery. The views are stunning. The place itself is clean and the staff very helpful. Dining options are easy to find and various. We had a fantastic visit.

We loved this property the last few times we have traveled, but this time it was horrible. The pool and hot tub were out of order as this was a necessity because of our kids. The rooms were outdated and things would not work properly. Just disappointed

Our toilet clogged up twice and the bathroom outlet didn’t work at first. The restaurant and pool weren’t open for business yet which made it a little inconvenient since the website didn’t mention that. Hotel was nice though and the staff were helpful.

This property has gone downhill since the last time we were there (maybe 10 years ago). Needs major, expensive rehab. A/C in the first room didn't work at all. The engineer came quickly and agreed that the A/C was not working and said he would let the front desk know. No one from the desk ever called. I had to go back to the front desk where only one, very overworked staff member was on duty. He only wanted to help the next person in line rather than deal with me. Eventually moved to another room where it worked, but not that well. The property is just a bid "tired".

Value for money A resort fee for no resort was annoying. (Pool has been closed since Covid they said) I would stay here again though because it certainly beats some of those hotels on Cerrillos road many of which are not only far more expensive but surrounded by homeless drug addicts
