The room is spacious, clean, upgraded while maintaining a sense of medieval style and classic look from the lobby to the hallway and gallery. The front desk staff is one of the best staff my family has ever met. The hotel itself is next to the Basilica, tourist attractions, restaurants , various stores and outlets. We might go back again to Avila and book with the same hotel. Thank you for giving us a perfect day!"
