The hotel is beautiful, our room was outstanding and the service and food excellent

The hotel was nice and comfortable, we had a good stay. The room was clean but it would have benefitted from warmer/thicker sheets in the beds. The service was good but the instructions for the use of the jacuzzi were unclear so we were unable to use it.

The property is very well maintained — it’s not the most modern hotel out there, but it has a charm and quality that hold up nicely over time. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, which makes sense given that it’s primarily geared toward families. The bar at night is practically empty, so don’t expect a lively scene — but if you’re looking to unwind, that can actually be a plus. The grounds are great for walking, and the food is fresh, healthy, and genuinely enjoyable. A few things to note: the pool was a bit cold for the season despite being heated, and the fitness classes at the gym tend to get crowded, so we ended up going to another hotel for the spa experience. We also had a citywide blackout during our stay, which left us without electricity or Wi-Fi for a while — not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning. On the bright side, the location is excellent — you can walk into the town center easily, which is great for exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay, and I’d happily come back with friends again.

This place made me feel like it didn't justify the cost. It is not cheap so yo expect prime service and we didnt felt it with the package I hired for my wife that included a cheese table and fondue which arrived 2 hours later even after 3 calls. The mexican dinner had areas of opportunity as it really was average and lack taste and temperature. The feria was a very good option and the rest of the hotel is great
