"The ambiance is great. The food at the restaurant is fabulous. Everything we ate was great. They regularly showcase Oaxacan artists. Every two months, apparently. The place is very clean. They also have a free shuttle that takes you downtown, as the hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from the center. ..."

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid ..."

"Worst place ever, no hot water the water heater had wires out. The house was very dusty and dirty, bathroom was never cleaned. Missing pillows on sofa and bedroom. Did not feel safe leaving things, one of the windows needed to stay open for the gas line. Paid for 6 days, stayed for one night only! ..."
