"This property has a private beach with deeded access and will provide Beach Services March-October 2024 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)

Beachside Bliss is a stunning Gulf Front Unit that is located on 30A and has plenty of amenities on-site for everyone to enjoy. As you walk into Beachside Bliss you will have a beautiful view of the living and dining areas leading to the breathtaking balcony. The kitchen has new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances for you to make a delicious meal during your stay. The dining area seats six and is the perfect spot for you to enjoy your meal under a beautiful chandelier before catching the sunset from your very own private balcony! The living room features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a long beach day. The master bedroom features a King bed along with its own balcony access looking to the Gulf, and a private bathroom complete with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a bathing tub. It also features a Bluetooth soundbar speaker for music! The guest bedroom features a Queen bed and private balcony access looking out to the two large resort swimming pools and hot tub! The guest bathroom features a beautiful sink vanity and walk-in shower. There is a bunk alcove that features two twin beds that the kiddos will love! Along with a washer and dryer next to for your convenience!

You can use the private boardwalk to the beach access, or take a dip in the two large resort pools with a hot tub located in the center. For relaxing you can use the steam room or sauna that is in the fitness center. There is also a tennis court on-site along with the bike, kayak, and paddleboard rentals. No matter what you have in mind for your vacation, Dunes of Seagrove will not disappoint.

We absolutely loved our stay for Spring Break. The condo was so nice and has clearly been well maintained and updated. The pool and beach access were perfect and easy. This area of Seagrove is not crowded like some other nearby beaches, which we really appreciated. It was everything we were looking for and it lived up to expectations!

Perfect Location
This property overlooks the beach as well as 2 pools and a hot tub. We have now stayed in this complex 2 years in a row and love it. Have been going to 30A for many years. The house is well stocked and comfortable. However, be forwarned that the top bunk mattress (& maybe the bottom?) ruined the trip for my 24 year old, who is only about 130 lbs. He was absolutely miserable. We moved the thick mattress topper from the guest room for him, but because of it's size, it didn't really work out, and it added to the heat in the room (as toppers tend to be hot) because this room also houses the washer and dryer. The king mattress needs to be replaced also. It feels like there is a divider right down the middle, and it is way too firm. Firm may not be the right description... there is something strange going on with it. Again, I hate to leave a bad review, and this isn't a bad review! Just a mattress problem.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It is a very nice condo, the kitchen has everything you would need for meals in the condo. Great pool and ocean views. The pools were nice, boardwalk straight to the beach. It is very nice to have two chairs and an umbrella available to use on the beach. We enjoyed our week in Seagrove.

Great stay at the Dunes of Seagrove
This was our first time to stay in Seagrove and our first time to visit 30A in May. Both is these were great decisions. The condo was perfect as far as proximity to the pool and the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and the unit was clean and comfortable. Our assigned parking spot was close to the stairs. This condo is within a few miles of a grocery store and many restaurants. Everything was easy and contributed to the relaxation of the trip.

We had a great time. The condo was thoughtfully supplied with everything we could need for our family’s vacation. It was clean, spacious, convenient to beach and pool. We especially enjoyed time spent on the balcony and the games and puzzles. The only thing we would have changed were the double red flags and poor weather that impacted four of the five days of our stay. Kids were very disappointed. Despite that, the condo and hot tub were a highlight!

Great Condo but bring basics
Loved this newly updated condo. Absolutely beautiful and in great condition. Good A/C and beautifully decorated. LOts of dishes and a blender but NO salt, coffee filters, paper towels or garbage bags. It wasn't an issue at all but be prepared and bring an extra roll of stuff like that.

Beautiful beach, bad experience
To start with the good: the unit is a corner and has nice view of the beach. The place was clean and well furnished. The kitchen particularly has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Large comfy bedrooms and bathrooms. The Seagrove area and the beach are beautiful & the beach service for chairs and umbrellas was all excellent, no fuss, and set up early for a full day at the beach if you choose. The pools are very large and the lower pool was unheated and very cold (early March) but the upper pool was relatively warm in the morning and nice during the sunny part of the day. The not good: the community clearly was not well prepared for Spring Break. There was a large number of teen age kids staying in several of the units around the pool (probably college although some teens appeared to be there with families as well). The pool is supposed to close at 10pm but there was very loud partying going on well past midnight the first three nights of our stay. There are clear noise ordinances for Seagrove / Santa Rosa / Walton County (I looked them up) that were flagrantly violated once the partiers moved to the balconies of their condos. Loud music, singing, yelling went well into the night. We talked to the onsite office people and they sort of shrugged and said more or less sorry that's unfortunate and we suggest you call the police. We called the Blue Swell office nearby and they had an attitude of "we just manage the rentals and can't do anything about what other people are doing". By the fourth night with calls to the sheriff (I'm sure others did as well who were staying there at the Dunes of Seagrove) they started to lock the gates to the pool at 10pm (which seems like that should have been done the very first night) and it was fine for the rest of the week. We are very disappointed in the lack of preparedness of the Dunes of Seagrove community of owners who surely know what can happen during Spring Break. The lack of help (and lack of an attitude of helpfulness) by the property office and Blue Swell are just added insult to the injury.
