“The property location was great for us, parking was simple and there was plenty of space. Having the patio was nice to dry out towels from the beach. ”

“Location was perfect for us, few steps and you are on the beach, restaurants, gas station and convenient store are walking distance! The apartment is very confortable, kitchen with all you need to cook. Easy check in in and check out process. Easy drive to Seaside, Rosemary Beach and others.”

“Place was clean and nicely decorated. However steps to second floor are in need of a cleaning and repair. Had some maintenance issues in condo. Could have used some kitchen “niceties” such as some coffee to get you started, trash can liners. Pool is nice and heated. Pet friendly for sure. Probably look for different place next time. ”

“Perfect location and beautiful view. The condo was clean but very tired. It is time for a make over. Could use a paint job and update. Kitchen cabinet doors falling off with broken hinges and a few cabinet doors painted a different color. Kitchen ware is random and could all be replaced. Furniture is dated and could stand to be updated. Bed was comfortable. Management company was responsive and fine. I wouldn’t stay again. I would pick one of the other units in this building by seaside...
