“1201 wonderful unit. BeachCrest has been my rental destination the past three years. Wonderful location in Seagrove and right on the beach. This unit was exceptionally clean. The furnishings, paint colors and whole aesthetic really works well together - it’s a soothing place to stay. The kitchen appliances are updated. I stayed in the master. The bed was very comfortable. It’s such a nice thing to stay in a place with a comfortable bed. And as I’m sure other renters have commented, the……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and exactly as the pictures show. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's a quick walk to the beach. I was really thankful for the private beach access because the public beach area gets really crowded. The ocean became full of seaweed and red flagged after a few days into our visit, so we were really thankful to have free access to three different swimming pools to relax and cool off. Walmart is about ten……

“This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!”

“Perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our anniversary/babymoon trip! There are bunk beds, however, with only 1 small bathroom, this place is better for just 2 people. Easy access to the beach and loved the convenience of the condo supplying 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! Easy bike ride into downtown seaside. Host was very helpful and responded quickly each time we had a question. Will definitely come back again!”

“Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can……

We stayed over the 4th of July and the beach wasn’t near as crowded as we thought it would be! The condo was clean and well stocked for what we needed!
