“This is a beautiful property and building. Gisella is a kind and amazing host and the food is some of the best we have had in our travels. Our stay here was so restful and it is a wonderful way to recharge. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone needing to unwind and recharge a bit. “First of all - do NOT pay in advance on Hotels.com as the owner won't accept this and will claim that he never gets money from Hotels.com. I was too tired to argue, so I paid again at hotel (though I shoved him my e-mail confirmation that all was paid for). When I then was charged from both hotel and Hotels.com I had to contact Hotels.com to get my part refunded - no assistance or action from owner's side.
