Excellent place and staff! I would love to recommend this hotel . The location is also excellent close to everything.

Great property! It worked perfectly for our family trip to Enchanted Kingdom!

Great staff, good views from room!

The hotel is quiet so you can really relax and enjoy the place. The staff are so friendly especially in the dining room during breakfast.

For the money we paid it was worth every penny. place was clean didn’t smell, and the staff was very friendly

The check-in was fast me and my friends enjoy the whole stay the breakfast buffet was great since we were really early. Although the pools chlorine was too strong :( Overall great stay great facilities great staff 5 starts :)

Best hotel i have ever been to by far.

Very nice hotel the staffs our very friendly, will recommend to friends and family

Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++

Excellent customer service and nice rooms. Hotel is beautiful. Fantastic breakfast buffet with live music and close proximity to Greenbelt 5. Will definitely be back to this hotel!

I like the service all employees are always smiling!

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, right in the heart of BGC. From our airport pickup, being greeted at the entry and taken directly to our room for check-in, everything was great.

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Their chefs also made us a special departing treat when they were notified in convo that we were leaving (Dom and Rizki). Amazing!! Rooms are spacious and kept clean with...

Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food, very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine

From arrival to departure we were treated extremely well, special thank you to Jonathan and the team in the lobby bar 'cafe macaron' for taking care of us with humor and professionalism each evening and reviving our souls :) We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Manila.

We have stayed there several times and there's a reason. The staff are always helpful and the property is well kept. Walking distance to the gym, shopping, food are all pluses.
