The apartment, located in a residence with a private pool, has a fantastic sea view and private access to the beach. It is ideally located, 5 min walk from the pedestrian center of the city with its many restaurants, bars, shops and taxi ranks.
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a terrace.
It has air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI, cable TV and washing machine.
We have at your disposal chairs and beach towels.

Great location, great host-Florence. However I do have to mention the water leak damage literally just before our stay resulting in damage furniture, doors and door frames. The insurance person did visit so I do hope all will be repaired, new doors, repair frames a must and furniture to replace/repair. This did not spoil our holiday at all though and would definitely stay again, but like I say accident damage repairs and a lick of paint here n there wouldn’t go a miss. Great stay, great weather so roll on the next time 😃😃☀️☀️☀️

Great location right on Cala Gran with views of the sea from the balcony. Nice and clean with a spacious master bedroom. Air conditioning was a saviour as very hot when we went. Walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend. Florence was very helpful also,

We have enjoyed another fabulous holiday in Cala Dor having visited many times over the last 10 years. We have stayed in this apartment previously and again it had everything we needed for a family of 4, perfect location for Cala gran beach and resort amenities. Florence was once again amazing, so efficient from booking to arrival, nothing too much trouble.- Looking forward to returning again. Soon.

Residencia Bungalow Playa d'Or, Cala d'Or
We booked Apartment No 10 but due to issues with this property we stayed at No 22 within the same complex as Florence, the Property Manager, took the initiative before we arrived and organized an upgrade. The location of both units, access to the very safe beach, shared pool, Cala d'Or's restaurants, marina and facilities is great but without a car Cala d'Or might not be the easiest base from which to explore the island. The star of the holiday is probably Florence who just makes things so straight forward and sorts out issues, communicates and meets you at arrival so everything is a trouble free experience leading to a great holiday. Extended Stay in Cala d’Or
The bungalow was perfectly located and well appointed; we had everything we needed for our week and a half stay. The beach was just a short walk and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. Florence was an excellent host and maintained great communication. She was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by a few days. Highly recommend!

The property was really nice and well equipped. The property manager was very attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The only problem with this property was the wifi. It didn't work at all for most of our stay, which is why I only gave 4*.

The photos on the website must have been taken a long time ago. The property was tired. The balcony floor was dirty. The furniture was in disrepair. Linen was well worn especially the towels.The balcony was also used for storage including an old barbecue which can not be used as barbecuing is not allowed.The property manager agreed with all the points we made but seemed very disinterested.We have used HomeAway a number of times but strongly suggest you review this property. It’s very overpriced and deceiving online. After complaining on our departure we had an email from Florence saying because we did not bring up the points during our stay they would not consider any refund. Very poor, very shabby and not the standard we have experienced in the past from HomeAway.The only positive is that it is close to a wonderful beach and the centre of Cala d’or. Book somewhere else.

Amazing Place to Stay
We stayed at this bungalow from 21/09/19 - 28/09/19 and it is exactly how you see itin the photograph , the accomadation is spotlessly clean and the kitchen well equipped with all you needif you choose to have a meal in one night. The king size bed is very comfortable , the only minor negative is that there is not a changes of towels mid week, there was only my husband and I so we managed but I would emagine this could prove to be difficult if a family of 4 was staying. Florence the manager was truely amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her, we had issues with the air con in the lounge and as soon as we made Florence aware she immediately arrange for an engineer to visit and fix it . Florence also arranged for the taxi transfers for us . All in all a very pleasent stay at this accomdation and we will definately be returning. Thank you Florence for all you did for us.

Fantastic location, amazing host.
Florence was amazing from day one! She organised our transfers and communication with us throughout the process was great. She was there to greet us on arrival too. The apartment was stunning. The views were great and the location was perfect. One beach on our doorstep and another two a short walk away. Close to the bars and restaurants but not at all noisy at nights. The kitchen was well stocked with all good quality pots pans, plates etc. The beach chairs were great and saved a fortune not having to hire sunbeds. We had a couple of hiccup while we were there, such as the washing machine breaking. However, Florence arranged a brand new one!! This sums up the quality of service provided. One negative is that cleaning was not included in the cost of the holiday and we were due to pay 100€ for the apartment to be cleaned when we left, which we were not aware of. But again, Florence dealt with this very fairly. Please be mindful of this when booking and budgeting. Would definitely return!!

Fab time loved this apartment Florance was very helpful and was on hand with any problems ( had problem with bathroom light ) e mailed and she was here with an hour with a electrician . Just little things would have like more towels and there was only Spanish tv channels and as we had a couple of days rain so some British tv would have been nice but all in all fab holiday lovely accommodation.

Lovely clean & spacious apartment just above the beach
Florence was the perfect hostess and made us feel very welcome during our stay. She also helped us get our bearings once we arrived. This was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in & we particularly enjoyed the large balcony & sitting watching the world go by below us. The apartment was very well equipped which made it easy to cook meals in, but saying that the location was ideal being in the centre of Cala Gran, for eating out too. All in all a lovely experience. Very pleasant apartment on beach and close to all amenities.
We had a really lovely stay at this apartment in Cala Gran. The apartment has new owners and is currently being done up to a lovely standard. A lovely wrap around balcony with patio doors from both bedrooms and lounge. Has a lovely large communal pool which is only shared by a few properties so no over crowding. Could do with a couple more loungers and canopies there tho. The apartments are gated of which you can access straight onto the beach which is beautiful . To hire 2 loungers and shade on beach is 15.70 euros for the day. It is close to all amenities, shops restaurants ,marina and other pretty little bays close by to stroll round in the evening. The square is a bit pricey but great meals. " pirate " restaurant we loved. If you walk away from the square towards Esmeralda & Figuera you will find cheaper restaurants and places for kids to play. Race tracks etc. In the property itself we found it very comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. Safe included in price. Flybe messed our flights up so Florence was very helpful and found us a hotel for our last night which saved us the headache of it all which was just across the road. The only negative we have is that although there was only 2 of us the other room wasn't made up with sheets to have slept wherever we wanted as we paid good money. Also we had free WiFi. Which was great but would have been good to have satalite TV.. We had a lovely stay here and would definatately return. Thankyou Florence (property manager ). You were great x

Family holiday
Just returned from this property after a weeks holiday,we all had a fabulous time,everything was just like the photos,no disappointments,Florence was there to let us in early ,small wellcome food pack but with other cooking condiments in the cupboard,lovely kitchen with everything we needed,we cooked some nights and ate out others, 10min walk to bars and restaurants tho a couple just along the street but we didn’t manage to get to these. Steps from the apartment directly to the beach at cala Gran,there is a cafe there also and beach shop,lovely views all the time and sea excellent for swimming no steep drops,great sitting on balcony watching everything,sun all day on veranda.lovelly comfortable beds and fab air conditioning which we needed as it got very hot, parking on avenue outside complex which is a bit of a free for all as it is always busy but we did always manage to get parked somewhere. Great washer which we used also beach umbrellas and ice pack which we borrowed for our picnics on the beaches. Florence was very helpfull and eager for us to enjoy our holiday ,thanks again Florence

Fantastic location, lovely apartment, perfect holiday!
First let me say that Florence was amazing. She was helpful and informative - and totally accommodating. The apartment was clean and well stocked - with an easily accessed pool (with shower) and Cala Gran just outside the apartment gate. The air conditioning was fabulous but rarely needed. The doors to the patio make for lovely air flow, sound, and scenery. Amazing and well appointmented.

Just lovely
In a perfect location, quiet and peaceful with great views and yet just a short walk away from all that Cala d'Or has to offer. The bungalow is beautifully presented and was perfect for our small family group. The kitchen although small had lots of thoughtful touches. Florence was on hand to meet us and show us around and although we didn't need to trouble her it was reassuring to know she was close by if needed. We hope to return soon.

Perfect Location
Thank you Florence for a lovely holiday and meeting us at the apartment at 11pm at night that was much appreciated and you were very helpful. The apartment has a fab location next to the beach and the pool 1 min walk away. The beds are band new and very comfy, lounge is nicely decorated with a homely feel, leading to the balcony which we ended up having all our meals as it was so relaxing looking over the beach, we only had one meal out! Looking forward to staying in your apartment again. All the best with your new holiday rental.
