Lovely Villa

Bass’s Seca gave us everything we were hoping for. The location was perfect, very private but just a short drive to the beach and supermarkets at Santanyi. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A lovely pool and sunbathing area plus the terrace where we enjoyed leisurely meals round the table. We would definitely visit again.

Perfekter Urlaub

eine perfekte Finca um sich zu erholen, tolle Zimmeraufteilung, tolles Grundstück. Die Lage ist optimal die Auswahl der Gläser im Schrank könnte größer sein, sowie Salatschüsseln. ungünstiger Platz der Wäschespinne - keine Wanne um die Wäsche abzustellen um sie auf zu hängen. Da die Mülltrennung auf Mallorca optimiert wurde, wäre sinnvolle Müllbehälter von Vorteil.

An amazing villa for a memorable holiday!

An incredible villa for an amazing stay with friends for our wedding in Mallorca. The villa was fantastic, a great location between Santanyi and Cala Figuera, very clean, amazing garden with lots of space and brilliant facilities. Even more convenient that other friends were able to stay in the villa next door. Thank you! Some olive oil, salt and pepper would be really useful in the kitchen. Also one more key is useful if groups are splitting up as we were reluctant to leave the key in the safe box with all of our valuables in the house.

Great seating and dining areas inside and out. The pool is great - a good size and works for children of all ages. Pool service was also good. Door handle to one of the bathrooms is loose/broken? Air conditioning to the basement would help as it was quite hot down there. More information or weblinks to surrounding attractions would be helpful in the accommodation booklet.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Bassa Seca. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the pool and long lazy meals round the table on the terrace. We would be happy to go again. The WiFi was very intermittent

Toller Ausflug mit meiner Freundesgruppe

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen im Alter von 24-29, welche zum zweiten Mal einen Finca Urlaub gemacht haben. Die Finca selbst ist sehr geräumig und hat einen schönen Außenbereich. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht, welcher groß genug ist um mit allen dort genug Platz zu haben. Die Finca ist wie auf den Fotos auch in "real". Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der Kontakt zur Vermietung, welcher sehr einfach per Mail und Whatsapp auch auf Deutsch möglich war. Zur Lage sollte man wissen, dass man fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten den Ort Santanyi erreicht, welcher Mittwochs und Samstags einen schönen Markt vor Ort hat. Grundsätzlich kann ich den Urlaub dort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit :-) Als Tipp für die Reisenden: Besorgt euch entweder einen Mietwagen für die Zeit oder kalkuliert Taxikosten mit ein. Einkaufen ist zu Fuß nicht möglich und kostet ca. 10 EUR pro Weg. Das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, für die Mobilität ist jedoch ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert um auch mal nach Palma zu kommen. -

Super Finca! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war perfekt. Sie sind auf alle Fragen eingegangen und hatten immer eine Lösung. Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und war sauber. Außerdem war die Ausstattung sehr gut und modern. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!!! Alle Daumen hoch!!! ;)

Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca "Bassa Secca" war einfach fantastisch und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Von Anfang an war die Erreichbarkeit von Dagmar und Romy (von der Vermietungsagentur DRAC) vorbildlich, sowohl vor als auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts. Die freundliche Kommunikation und die prompten Antworten auf unsere Fragen haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns bestens aufgehoben fühlten. Bereits vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir ein sehr umfangreiches Informationspaket, das uns dabei half, uns auf unseren Urlaub vorzubereiten und die Vorfreude zu steigern. Als wir dann endlich in der Finca ankamen, wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Die Finca entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den Fotos, die wir zuvor im Internet gesehen hatten. Das Haus war super sauber, das Grundstück großzügig angelegt und äußerst gepflegt. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – ebenfalls einwandfrei sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Eine besondere Atmosphäre brachte die auf unsere Bitte hin programmierte Beleuchtung des Pools in den Abendstunden, welche die „Poolparty“ zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machte. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts während unseres Aufenthalts. Alles, was wir benötigten, war in der Finca vorhanden. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in der Finca "Bassa Secca" rundum perfekt. Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Romy und Dagmar für ihre herausragende Betreuung bedanken!

Top Workation

Wir waren mit mehreren Kollegen für eine Woche in dem Haus. Durch die vielen Einzelbetten ist die Unterkunft besonders für Nichtpaare gut geeignet. Es ist genug Platz vorhanden um sich zu verteilen aber auch um Gemeisamkeit zu erleben. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben wir nichts vermisst. Es war eine tolle Zeit.

Wie immer wundervoll. Wir steigern uns von Jahr zu Jahr-)

Die Finca war bisher die beste von allen, wobei alle anderen auch traumhaft sind. Aber diese war aufgrund der Ausstattung inklusive Klimananlage wirklich die schönste und beste Finca. Das Zimmer sollte der Vollständigkeit halber auch eine Klimanlage integriert bekommen zum Wohlwollen aller. Aufgrund der Hitze während unseres Aufenthaltes waren die Bewohner des Kellerzimmers doch sehr neidisch auf die in den oberen Etagen gelegenen Zimmer inklusive Klimaanlage. Das barg etwas Diskussionspotential.

Das perfekte Landhaus!

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es war eine tolle Zeit (leider nur 5 Tage). Die Kommunikation und der Service mit dem Vermieter ist super klasse. Eine Kaffeemaschine war defekt, das Problem wurde innerhalb von ein paar Stunden v. Vermieter gelöst. Von unsere Seite gibt es nichts zu beanstanden! Gerne beziehen wir dieses Haus mal wieder. Da fällt uns ehrlich gesagt, nichts ein.

Absolut ein Traum

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service. Als die Klimaanlage ausgefallen ist, war ein Monteur sofort zur Stelle und hat diese wieder repariert, dafür vielen Dank. Die Finca ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet es hat uns an nix gefehlt und wir konnten einen wunderbaren Urlaub genießen. Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhaft

Das Haus ist einfach super. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist in spanische Stil eingerichtet. Wir waren über Weihnachten zu zehn Personen. Wir hatten viel Platz drinnen und draußen . der Garten ist sehr groß und gepflegt mit eine tolle Pool. Wir haben auf die Terrasse jeden Tag gefrühstückt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man kann in 15 Minuten zu Fuß ins wunderschönen Dorf Santanyi . Die Krönung macht der sehr gute Kunden Service von der Agentur. Wir hatten ein paar Störungen, die wurden superschnell beseitigen, obwohl Feiertag war einfach super Service. Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder. Selbstverständlich entscheiden wir das Haus zu 100 %. Handtücher nach eine Woche wechsle .

Top Finca

Die Finca übertraf die Beschreibung und war sehr schön. Es hat alles gepasst, von der Ausstattung angefangen bis hin zur Sauberkeit gab es keinen Grund zur Beanstandung. Wenn es überhaupt einen Punkt gibt, den man beanstanden könnte, so wäre ein Austausch der Kaffeemaschine mal notwendig. Sie funktioniert nicht optimal. Ist aber kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt.

Ein toller und entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben als 9köpfige Familie eine Woche in der Bassa Seca verbracht und haben absolut nichts auszusetzen. Von Anfang bis Ende verlief alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben lediglich ein paar Probleme mit dem Warmwasser gehabt, aber die Vermietung hat sehr schnell reagiert und sich gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ist top, man braucht nichts mitzunehmen. Die Geräusche der Tiere (Hähne, Esel) empfanden wir nicht als nervig - es hat einfach zu der Umgebung gepasst. Und sollte sich jemand daran stören, haben wir Oropax mitgenommen. Das Städtchen Santanyí ist wunderschön und fusslaeufig entfernt. An der Cala (ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar) waren wir nur ein Mal zum spazieren - das Haus mit dem großen und schönen Pool fanden wir aber viel besser. Alles in allem war es eine wundervolle Woche!

Eine Ruheoase!

Es war ein rundum schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Eine Kleinigkeit... teilweise war es etwas verstaubt in der Villa, als wäre schon länger niemand mehr dort gewesen.
