This property doesn't deserve any stars at all! You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. Very dirty and smelly rugs and carpets, cockroaches in the kitchen, flies everywhere, trash still in, outdated toilet and bath, mouldy and rusty tiles, worn out doors with paint drippings.,,,the smell is disgusting, no words is disgust can fully describe this accommodation. Admin are rude as they hang up on the phone if you start complaining then they block! Owner doesn't seem to care at all! Expedia and other travel sites should ban this owner!!!! Bath blocked, admin not helpful!

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services
For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

"I think it is a 5 stars hotel. Well, it is well deserved. there is nothing wrong about it, and I understand now why they charge much more than the usual hotel in Manila. Everything is perfect. Staff, room, amenities, even for a normal, lower price room (still expensive) you have it for your money. ..."

"Savoy is now go to hotel when transit Manila. Clean comfortable and close. Mall/ good around the corner plus excellent bistro in Hotel. They delivered breakfast to our door 4:30am.Have transit other hotels. Savoy is my pick from now on. Can walk 20 min to/from Terminal 3. Or cheap GRAB or taxi."
