Wow! An Amazing Experience!
It was an amazing once in a lifetime experience to stay at this gorgeous “cave house” built into the edge of the Caldera on Santorini. The view from our deck was simply stunning. There were three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The lower level bedroom even had its own sitting area and small kitchen. And there was a small private “plunge pool.” To reach the villa, there were four or five flights of stairs to descend. And then of course when leaving, it was necessary to walk up those stairs again to reach the main walkway and the town square. Our hostess Jackie was very accommodating, we were met at the Square, and all of our luggage was delivered to our rooms and collected again upon our departure. She even recommended a wonderful sunset cruise and helped us reserve it, which we enjoyed immensely. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Greece!
