Oia is just beautiful! Breathtaking views from the Villa, cave like unique spacious rooms, steep steps on cliff but expected in Oia. Very close walk to the main street and all the photo spots. You can walk around Oia and take beautiful pictures with any angles! With a family of 3 children stayed at this villa for 2 nights, kids like Santorini and this Villa the most during our Greece trip! Mario is very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back to the island and this villa if we have a chance!

Excellent service and suggestions from the property staff. Beautiful private terrace with gorgeous views from my wind house studio. I went in late Feb/early Mar, and most things were still closed, but the manager Aurel had some excellent suggestions for places within a 5 to 10 min walk max. It's so easy to get lost in Santorini, so be sure to learn your way around. I was there for 3 nights, and the property actually isn't too far off the main pedestrian street (known as Sunset Avenue, perhaps informally), and a few key colored walls and churches mark the way. Highly recommended, even during the offseason.

We had a very nice stayed in this property. Was a little afraid reading others reviews about the stairs, but it wasn’t bad at all. Marco was a great host, and he has people to help you out with your luggage. The view is breathtaking totally worth it Very spacious and clean. Highly recommended

Very quaint and comfortable cave house in Oia with amazing views along with attentive hosts. A few minor improvements would go a long way including adding more kitchen amenities/supplies, cleaning/upgrading terrace furnishings and supplying water given tap water not drinkable.

Very unique, cave like, large room. More of a “ time share”experience than a traditional hotel. Guide meets you near post office in Oia and takes you to room. Very steep stairs to negotiate but worth the effort.

Good location, small apartment with basic amenities, good wifi and heat/ac, unfortunately cable/satellite/tv did not work. Admir was good, prompt on whatsapp, helped with check in and check out. Daily house-keeping. Small kitchen and small water closet, medium suze fridge, good terrace with caldera sunset view, near Oia castle, public parking near. Oia is hilly wifh lots of steps. Good hot water and toiletries.
