"Check in was a little awkward because the rooms weren’t ready so I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Staff barely spoke anything other than Portuguese but I managed with my limited knowledge. The room itself was a weird shape, like a small triangle and very small. The AC wasn’t cooling at all but I was only there for one night so I wasn’t going to complain. The redeeming quality was the breakfast which was pretty awesome. "

"Nice hotel location but with poor service and very poor cleanliness. Mold in the bathroom floor and walls. Dust and last guests “forgotten hair” under the bed. Damaged walls. Old bed linen (from 2015). It seems they just don’t clean it !"

"Local limpo, atendimento ótimo, cama muito boa, apenas o café da manhã que poderia ser melhor, as frutas poderiam vir já descascadas, melão, mamão tudo cortados apenas em fatias, quando o normal em outras redes é virem já retirados as cascas, inclusive a melancia, de resto tudo bom"

"A estadia, no geral, foi boa, mas ficou abaixo do padrão que normalmente espero da rede IBIS. O processo de check-in foi extremamente demorado. Mesmo já sendo cadastrado na rede Accor, precisei refazer todo o cadastro, o que não costuma acontecer em outras unidades. Ao entrar no quarto, encontrei resíduos do hóspede anterior — como uma parte da embalagem de remédio caída no chão — o que gerou a percepção de que a limpeza não foi feita com o devido cuidado. "Arrived early but waited 2.5 hrs for a room. Had to change rooms due to an ant infestation. Second room was better but had ants too. Was never told there was a special Christmas lunch and paid 10 times normal cost for a poorly presented, cold and tasteless meal.The staff are helpful but the hotel is poorly managed and needs extensive renovation"
