Atendimento desrespeitoso e lento

O check in foi péssimo. A pessoa que nos atendeu levou 40 minutos para conseguir completar o processo, parecia não saber do que se tratava, além do fato de ter que recomeçar por algumas vezes o processo, e ter que fazer um processo totalmente separado para minha esposa, algo que nunca precisei fazer em hotel algum no MUNDO!
