Lots still to iron out
The property itself and the unit was very modern and nice. However, I experienced many issues. 1. No hot water. I was told to leave the water running for 20 minutes each time to get hot water flowing, but it only worked once. Had to take cold showers the other times. 2. WiFi did not work and I had to connect to the neighboring units’. 3. door lock is of poor quality and difficult to use. Had to use pinky finger to key in digital entry code, otherwise a bigger finger would hit neighboring numbers and give error. Multiple failed attempts trying to open the door every time which was very frustrating. 4. Very loud sound from airplanes flying overhead all day from 5am to midnight. 5. Extended my stay the last day, and they did not extend access to the building as well, which left me locked out of the building for several minutes. Overall nice, but many things left to iron out.

Área de lazer só pra olhar.
O quarto estava conforme esperado, apenas ficamos sem água durante uma manhã, mas não tem como saber se foi um problema do condomínio. Contudo, as fotos mostram uma área de lazer maravilhosa, com piscina coberta, sauna, academia... No entanto, nada funciona. A piscina é de água gelada (sim, é coberta, fechada e sem aquecimento), a sauna não funciona e a academia é um forno (só dá pra usar se der sorte de terem ligado o ar condicionado - os controles não funcionam). Se você não pretende usar nada disso, vale a pena, pois a localização é excelente.

Tive problemas com o checkin e com o checkout, o sistema deles não funciona bem. Cheguei no apartamento e não tinha água depois fui descobrir que os registros estavam fechados mas pra piorar não tinha água quente, tive que tomar banho na água fria. O prédio ainda está em obra e fica bem sujo com pedreiros andando pelos corredores, pra quem é mulher sozinha nunca é uma situação confortável. O apartamento é bonito e confortável mas não vale o preço. A região é cercada por avenidas e não existe onde estacionar se estiver com carro.
