Lugar com custo e benefícios excelentes, só o barulho dos aviões que encomoda um pouco. Fiquei 8 dias, e não limparam meu quarto nenhuma vez, acho que seria viável pelo menos uma limpeza com troca de lençóis e toalhas.

Reservei um Studio Superior, então o espaço do ambiente era relativamente bom. Pontos Positivos: - Lençóis e toalhas limpos disponíveis; - cozinha funcional para um café da manhã e, no máximo, aquecer alguma coisa pronta; - excelente localização, com vários restaurantes, padaria e mercados próximos, podendo ir a pé; - as comodidades do prédio são ótimas: lavanderia, co-working, academia, mercadinho, co-living; - internet de excelente qualidade; - o acesso por senhas facilita demais; - relativamente perto da estação de metrô Eucaliptos e Shopping Ibirapuera; - comunicação rápida e informações precisas. Pontos a melhorar: - A limpeza do apartamento é realmente muito ruim. Não é criteriosa e cuidadosa, os detalhes deixam muito a desejar; - poderiam deixar disponível pano de copa e de chão; - o apartamento tinha muitas marcas de uso não cuidadas: fechadura do banheiro soltando, trilho do black-out caindo, falta manutenção mais criteriosa para um apartamento de alta rotatividade; - poderia colocar também um black-out na porta que vai para a sacada, pois pela manhã o sol incomoda bastante; - havia apenas UMA cadeira no quarto; - o sofá é muito grande, ocupa muito espaço e deixa o apartamento ainda mais apertado; - o ônus da excelente localização é o barulho constante de aviões (fica próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas) e do trânsito da Av. Vereador José Diniz. Se o barulho te incomoda, sugiro encontrar outro lugar. Considere estes pontos e boa estadia!
