Pior hotel que já me hospedei

Simplesmente nos colocaram em um quarto cheio de mofo, quando tomamos banho o quarto inundou de água. Nós colocaram em um outro quarto do mesmo padrão, mas nenhum deles a foro aqui correspondia ao que vivenciamos, limpeza deixa a desejar, toalhas velhas, com cheiro de mofo.

Minha hospedagem foi rápida mas gostei bastante da localização e do silêncio no meu quarto. So sugiro que tenha box no banheiro pois a cortina não reteve a água do banho escorrendo água para a parte do lavatório.

Cosiderando o valor da tarifa poderia ser mais confortavel. A agua do chuveiro esquenta pouco, é morna e Sao Paulo estava 14graus. A proximidade com autodromo interlagos é fator positivo bem como o atendimento dos funcionarios. O cafe foi agradavel.

Péssima. Primeiro porque paguei mais caro por ter um quarto que teria uma cama infantil, o quarto era realmente apenas cama e banheiro, foi a primeira vez que fiquei em um ibis, escolhi por conta da localização - ao lado do shopping interlagos e só me decepcionei. Foram 40min para poder entrar em um quarto que nao estivesse cherando mofo ou produto de limpeza de pessima qualidade. O segundo andar foi o pior... e no primeiro andar encontramos um quarto ok, minha filha é alergica e com problemas respiratorios....como ficar em quarto onde nao é nada arejado e com cheiro de mofo. Segundo que os cartoes de acesso eram falhos, varias tentativas para poder subir no elevador e entrar no quarto (e nao foi por estar proximo ao celular) O cafe da manha era ok, mas copos e talheres tinhamos que ficar pedindo para repor. Apenas que esse é um hotel que eu nao volto mais a ficar e não indico.

Na hora da reserva vi que tinha estacionamento, mas quando fiz check out fui surpreendida ao ter que pagar. Isso deveria constar no ato da reserva, fora que não para acessar o hotel precisa entrar no shopping e isso também não tem informação tambem.

Cada vez pior...

Cada vez pior. A comecar pelo check in com funcionarios despreparados que alem de enrolados me colocaram num quarto para PCD sendo q nao sou PCD, o restaurante do hotel vc tem que descer pra apanhar a comida (pq so levam no quarto quando fazem besteira) e quando vc desce pra apanhar a comida vem tao pouco no prato que parece uma entradinha de restaurante frances! O estacionamento é pago e caro! Cobram preco de hotel 4 -5 estrelas um absurdo para um hotel low-cost. E a tv nso passa praticamente nenhum canal descente so tv aberta!

O hotel pratica diária cara em relação ao que oferece, talvez por não existir concorrência próxima. As toalhas são extremamente desgastadas e a limpeza não é lá essas coisas. O café da manhã é simples, mas ok. A localização é boa, tendo em vista a região em que está localizado.

Dicas valiosas e minha experiência

O atendimento foi maravilhoso, a acomodação foi no quarto 660 com duas camas e vista para o shopping interlagos e a cidade em vista panorâmica, foi muito bom e confortável. A janela é a prova se som, pois quase não se dava pra ouvir o som dos carros na avenida. O quarto vem escuro na hora de dormir e camas firmes, porém confortáveis. Café da manhã de 6 às 11, excelente e sem nenhum funcionário apressando ou observando a gente comer, deixaram minha tia e eu bem confortáveis. O único problema que tive foi o repasse da Hotels.com sobre o café da manhã incluso que tive que resolver pois não estavam repassando para o hotel mas no final deu tudo certo, e o último elevador do lado esquerdo não estava lendo a chave do sexto andar. Lá é necessário inserir a chave do nosso quarto tirar para depois apertar o andar onde queremos ir, mas esse elevador não estava indo para o sexto andar, caso aconteça com vocês de fechar o elevador e não abrir é só apertar o botão que tem uma seta apontando pra outra que ele abre >< . O elevador do meio e da ponta do lado direito estavam funcionando perfeitamente para meu andar.

Quarto bem ruim, não tem colchão, era um colchonete fino! A cama de solteiro o colchonete é dividido no meio, sem contar um tapão que tem entre a janela e cama que se bate a cabeça quando está dormindo! Não tem toalha de rosto, televiso não funciona e o ar de um dos quartos tb não funcionou. Ou seja estaria péssima, não recomendo!
