This property is not a four-star hotel. It is closer to two stars maybe three. It was very safe and they were very kind at the front desk. But we did not have our room serviced once while we were there for three days. Overall, we stayed for the duration of our visit, but was very disappointed that the photos were very filtered and brightened. The hotel itself is much darker and felt very isolated. We may be saw three or four other guests the entire time we were there.

Pros: great location, good breakfast and nice rooftop Cons: needs to modernize rooms (toilet doesn't flush), no utensils in mini kitchen corner, and no soundproofing at all (was on 5th floor and could hear every car passing on the streets below)

Excelente hotel! Preço muito bom para um apartamento enorme, com sala, quarto, banheiro e uma cozinha pequena. Inclui um café da manhã delicioso e estacionamento. E os colaboradores são muito atenciosos e prestativos, especialmente a Erika da recepção. Super recomendo!

Funcionários solicitos, café da manhã mediano, em um dos quartos que ficamos o cano da pia da cozinha vazava um cheiro bem forte, achei até que seria vazamento de gás, eles resolveram o problema assim que solicitamos. A localidade é sensacional, com muitas opções de cafés, padarias e restaurantes excelentes muito próximos. Possui serviço de valet. Indicaria o hotel com certeza

A localização é boa, os quartos são grandes. Mas o hotel é um pouco velho e pelo.no quarto com camas de solteiro achei as camas um pouco desconfortáveis. Pelo preço se paga mais pela localização do que pelo conforto.

Um bom hotel.

O hotel é muito bom mas quanto a identificação e registro do hóspede, o sistema não conseguiu realizar o registro da minha face e não pude entrar. Foi um pouco constrangedor. Acredito que a funcionária, no check in, não estava treinada o suficiente para resolver este problema. O que persistiu em toda a nossa estadia.

Para o preço… um pouco defasado

Imponente, quartos grandes com cama aconchegante mas ao mesmo tempo com itens um pouco desfasados e que nem funcionam. Ao chegar pra fazer login, o sistema tinha tido algum problema o que acabou me atrasando. Também não pude aproveitar o café da manhã do primeiro dia já que só conseguiram verificar minha reserva 2 minutos após o encerramento do cafe (mesmo tendo sido culpa deles a demora). No dia seguinte, fui pro café e não tinha mais vários itens como ovo mexido.

Só vale a pena a localização. Hotel em péssimas condições pelo preço cobrado, só a recepção parece ter sido reformada, o restante está bem ruim. Móveis velhos, manchados, descascados, banheiro feio, TVs ultrapassadas, enfim, podiam cobrar metade do preço pelo que oferecem. Não voltarei

Na recepção da chegada não achei o atendente solicito com o futuro hóspede. Empatia zero por uma pessoa que levou quase 14 horas até chegar. A recepção precisa ser mais atenciosa. No quarto, tive a recepção por uma barata. Para completar, não estava o ar da recepção funcionando.

Pontos Excelentes: a localização do hotel e o restaurante do próprio hotel, o HARRY'S, que tem uma excelente cozinha para almoço e jantar. Comemos um frango empanado com arroz de abacaxi maravilhoso! Gostaria que o restaurante tivesse uma iluminação mais intimista para o café da manhã. Bonita piscina coberta no terraço.

Só vale pela localização

Inicio destacando o quão antipático e nada receptivo foi o atendente do check-in. Com relação às instalações, precisa urgentemente de manutenção no banheiro, sujo e com mofo por toda parte. Além disso, não é um hotel, é um flat. Só mesmo a localização é um ponto positivo a destacar.

Confortável, mas barulhento.

Razoável. A localização é excelente, a cama super confortável e os funcionários cordiais (exceto a gerente do restaurante). Todavia, escuta-se todo tipo de barulho, desde a descarga dos quartos vizinhos até as obras do entorno. Parecia que era dentro do quarto e ocorriam a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite.

Tive a infeliz surpresa de encontrar o hotel em obras, com acesso pela lateral e com o sério problema de estar com apenas um elevador funcionando para todo o prédio de pelo menos 18 andares. Um problema que já existia com dois elevadores, que são insuficientes para atender a demanda do hotel.
