Great stay

This is a beautiful location, great views off the deck to watch sunset. It has a well equipped kitchen if you are going to do any cooking. All the beds are comfortable and the host is quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our week-long stay at this lovely property with a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains. The bed was very comfortable, as was all furniture. We’ve stayed at several different properties in the area and this one is by far superior. This is definitely the only place we will book for future trips. Beautiful Home in Sapphire Valley

Great find in Sapphire Valley! Jason was a great host and answered all of our questions. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The home was very clean. It was close to the Sapphire Valley Resort where we we enjoyed tubing. We also enjoyed some great hikes too.

Summer Getaway

As previously noted, the view from the deck gives this house marks above other houses we've stayed at in the area. We always had a pleasant breeze and lots of wildlife to view including a bear just passing through. The accommodations were exactly as described and very comfortable. The host did a fantastic job of communicating with us prior to and during our stay. Besides adding some comfortable reclining chairs on the back deck, our group gives this property a 10/10. Awesome view

We had a fabulous time at Jason’s house in Sapphire Valley. Some of us played golf and walked the dogs at the dog park. The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunset. We had no problem getting amenity cards. Communication was easy and Jason was available for questions at a minute notice. The house was clean and well appointed. We would definitely come back.
