The parking I was initially offered was close to being a disaster. No parking places left and the space to exit at the end of a long line of cars was almost fully blocked by someone parked there. I had to drive partly on the sidewalk to get through a very narrow space. An extremely tricky thing to manage without hitting the other car. To reverse down the long line of parked cars through another narrow space while tired from a long drive was not an option. After getting through this ordeal, I was offered one of two other spaces easily accessible and closer to the apartment. Why those were not offered from the beginning, I’m not sure. I’m upset about being put through this. Fortunately, the owner was contactable. Earlier in the day I had a little trouble with that. I’d prefer to be able to find the key somewhere else besides under the doormat on the floor of the hallway, which isn’t so clean. Otherwise the apartment was OK, the washing machine was very helpful, though the cord had to be fished out from behind the machine and plugged in. Detergent provided. The shower had to be used hand held and the drain needs attention. Shower floor was filling up fast with water.

Really nice and comfortable apartment. The manager was really helpful and fix any problem we could find immediately. Very kind.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel is very centrally located and very easy to walk everywhere in town. Near many restaurants and a mall.

Great location - super central and good value for money. Breakfast was quite basic but fine. Few issues around maintenance eg towel holder in room broken, stains on carpet in room. gym toilets don’t have locks and the lockers still seems to have works in progress (as building materials were in some lockers). Also no body lotion provided in rooms, Staff overall friendly however I did find that there is an insistence to use the hotel taxi / shuttle service which is generally more expensive vs booking the general city white taxis when going to the airport (which when I stayed at the Marriot they were happy to do for you.) This was a slightly poor experience (I understand they are incentivised to use their own people but they should really do what the customer requests.) In my case they ended up matching the price of a local taxi via their own shuttle service however I felt the interaction with front desk could be much smoother around booking cars and letting customers choose themselves if they wish to avail the hotel shuttle car or a local white taxi. That all said despite the small observations above I think the hotel is good value for money.
