I had a great time while staying here, rooms are modern, spacious, clean and have ducted aircon to keep you cool. Internet speed is also incredibly fast, reaching over 100mgps ! Staff are very friendly and will assist you with any help, including a fantastic laundry service they provide at the hotel. The location is also very good, the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants & supermarkets and it’s only a short walk to the beach. Breakfast and coffee in the morning is also good but a bit more variety would be nice. Thank you!

Our experience at Rozafa was great. The hotel was located in a quiet area and the rooms were very modern plus the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel for someone who is visiting Saranda.

A Luxurious Stay with Unforgettable Hospitality

This hotel was nothing short of luxurious, but what truly set it apart was the incredibly kind and thoughtful staff. One day, I was on my way to a restaurant that was a bit of a walk from the hotel. As I was strolling along, one of the hotel staff happened to see me and without hesitation, stopped his moped, offered me a ride, and took me directly to the restaurant. It was such a genuine and heartwarming gesture that perfectly captures the amazing service and spirit of this place. The hotel itself was stunning, but the staff made it truly unforgettable. Much love from Sweden!

Amazing week at Rozafa Palace Hotel

Everything was perfect, from the person who makes the coffee in the morning ( don’t remember his name) to Erica at the reception who help us almost every day with suggestions and everything, nice talking with the guy from the bar every night And of course ” Mom” who is a lovely person! ❤️ In fact we enjoin our week at lot thanks for these persons , Thanks so much! Something that i cannot forget to mention is the Amazing breakfast , everyday fresh fruit and a lot of different choices. We got a ride to the beach from one of the owner, we appreciated a lot!. Thanks to all and everyone from The Rozafa Palace Hotel!

Perfetto!

This hotel is located in a very convenient place close to everything. The hotel doesn't have elevators but they helped with the luggage that was very nice. They offer trnasfer orn"taxi" but they over-priced the rate. I didn't like that The cost of a taxi is between 8 to 10 € they charged us 20. Other than that we had a good stay.
