“We had never been to Sarasota before and were thrilled with the location of this Vacation Rental. Walking/biking (Legacy Trail) distance to parks, groceries, and museums on a quiet dead end street. Easy access to beaches, theaters, and friends on various Keys. The home itself was super clean and comfortable supplied with everything we might need. The owner was exceptionally respectful of our privacy and immediately responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.”

Owners are some of the most professional individuals I have worked with in booking vacation homes. Property was easy to find and in a great location, only a short drive to the beach and shopping! “My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.”

“Phenomenal white sand, water and cleanliness. Fantastic grilling options, however would have been nice to have been more centrally located. Walkable options for meals and free shuttle/trolley available. Nice to have screened outdoor seating area. Beautiful property!”

“We arrived early and the owner was very communicative about when we could get in the space. He sent us a code beforehand, so we were able to go straight in, drop our bags, eat lunch across the street, and head to the beach. Everything is as shown. Super clean, stocked kitchen, plenty of beach gear, etc. We would definitely consider staying again.”
