“Very nice property. Nice location, my only complaint is the furniture is not "all new" as advertised. The furniture in the sitting area is very uncomfortable. Only recliner is uncomfortable dirty and itchy, I had to drape it with a sheet to feel comfortable sitting on it. The master mattress sinks in the middle terribly. Could use better mattress and furniture. ”

“Our family has a lovely stay at this condo! Kid friendly with my 4 and 5 year old. They had beach toys, fishing gear and a nice large pool. We opted to drive rather than walk to the beach- we visited in October and it was not a busy beach season so parking was not an issue. No keurig but they provided ground coffee which was very appreciated! The condo had everything we needed for our trip. It was very clean and the furniture was comfy. Sarasota and the beaches never disappoint! ”

The weather was fantastic, the shelling at Point of Rocks beyond the Monkey Wall was plentiful, and the local dining was delicious!The accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and just steps from the beach! We highly recommend this getaway and hope to return one day.”
