Poor room cleaning. No shampoo in the shower. We had to ask for shampoo, slippers, robes. No replacement or cleaning of the coffee cups. Very poor breakfast and the stuff was very short and uninterested to help.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location and we loved the four windows that look out over the Saone river. The room was lovely. A little hickup with a sink but they fixed it quickly. Funny they did not have washcloths but a minor inconvenience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back!
