I would’ve given this a 5-star rating, but the food at their restaurant took almost an hour to arrive, which was disappointing and frustrating—especially after a long trip. To make matters worse, no one even acknowledged the delay or apologized for the inconvenience.

Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

Great option for a weekend of skiing at Mt. Erciyes! We came with a group of kids and adults and everyone was happy. The hotel is lovely, with a nice pool and spa, an excellent kids club (though it is closed on Sundays), good quality rental equipment, and great ski instructors. Our room was spacious and well equipped with nice views. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner was good as well, with lots of options at both meals. Compared to some of the other hotels at Erciyes the price was also reasonable. We've already booked a trip back in a few weeks!

Great hotel, room was lovely, incredibly spacious. I was a solo traveller and all the staff mad me feel right at home. The breakfast was great, many options and great seating area. The pool, sauna, steam room and fitness studios are of a high standard and well worth using while staying at the hotel
