located only 200 m from the center of sarlat, house of 170 m 2 any comfort also has an outdoor area just as large (wooden terrace 160 m 2) or you will not tire of enjoying the outdoor lounges, the pool (heated from April to September according to climatic conditions) or its private garden of 2000m2
inside you will find 4 bedrooms including a master suite

Great time in Sarlat
This was a wonderful place to stay just a short walk to the center of Sarlat. The house was beautiful with every amenity including a sauna and pool. Pierre was so helpful and personable. We could not have asked for a better place. Everything was wonderful.

Our family of 6 stayed at this clean, comfortable home, just a short walk from the medieval town of Sarlat. We visited in early April, so we did not use the pool or spend much time on the expansive deck, but it was a wonderful place to relax and recharge between all the sightseeing in the area. The kitchen is well-equipped for any cooking you might want to do. the 4 bedrooms were spacious and light filled. Pierre and Karin met us when we arrived to let us in and show us around. We are hoping to return before too much time passes.

Great house with huge decks and nice little pool within easy stroll of old town.
Really a four and a half star stay. Pierre is a delightful Frenchman and checked us in with warmth and gallic style. The house comes fully equipped and lends itself to the outdoor areas. Sarlat is a magnificent small town and we loved our second visit. Pierre probably needs do a bit of maintenance and give the place a good spring clean to bring it up to the highest standard. Nevertheless it is a very livable and charming property. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing House and Host in Most Beautiful Sarlat
Amazing place in an amazing location with super friendly welcoming owner. If you want to go to the Dordogne there is not a better location or accommodation to stay. We've been all over the world in the last quarter of a century and three times in that period have visited the Dordogne. If I had been to this house on the first visit I wouldn't have stayed anywhere else and if we go back another 3 times in the next 25yrs I shall be calling Pierre and reserving this house (whether he's marketing it for renting or not!). Excellent facilities in the house and space a plenty for 2 families of 4+. Kids loved playing pool and playing in the pool. A 3 minute stroll over down a path and over a road and as if transported Star Trek like you are immediately in the centre of beautiful Sarlat. Yet you feel in the countryside when you are BBQing and playing cards around the big table on the lovely decking area. Not a car noise in earshot! I heard a couple of ambulance/police car sirens in the week and that was it ! Pierre and Karin were great hosts, my dreadful french and his limited English made for some good charades, but we managed admirably. He wouldn't even accept a deposit on arrival for the house from us! We recommend this property and location without reservation. If Pierre ever decides to sell it (which i very much doubt he will) i want to buy it !! Thank you Pierre and Karin we didn't see you all week but you provided a wonderful annual holiday.

A very relaxing holiday in a beautiful location
The house is ideally situated very close to Sarlat as described. It is very well equiped, and the owners gave us a charming welcome and were very helpful. We are a family of 3 generations, and the house, pool and surroundings suited us very well. We visited several castles & dined in wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed our afternoon in canoes, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. We would all love to come again sometime

Points à améliorer pour un séjour parfait à Sarlat
Notre séjour à Sarlat, dans un cadre magnifique, a été assombri par plusieurs soucis. Premièrement, un four défectueux, dont la porte ne fermait pas correctement, présentait un risque, notamment à cause des boutons brûlants. De plus, l'absence de barrière autour de la piscine nous a constamment préoccupés pour la sécurité de notre enfant. Le logement était propre mais les finitions laissent à désirer. Une plaque métallique, partie de la cheminée, est tombée du plafond, heureusement sans faire de blessé, mais révélant un problème de sécurité majeur, étant donné qu'elle n'était fixée que par du scotch. Nous avions également prévu un barbecue mais avons été déçus de découvrir que le gaz était épuisé, nous forçant à commander des repas en attendant une nouvelle bouteille le lendemain. Malgré ces points, le logement est bien situé, offrant un accès facile à la beauté de Sarlat. Nous espérons que nos remarques contribueront à améliorer l'expérience des futurs locataires, surtout en matière de sécurité et de confort.

Super maison pour les vacances ! Parfait à 8. Localisation franchement exceptionnelle tout près du centre de Sarlat (5 min à pied) et super calme !!! Piscine sympa. Grand terrain pour les enfants. Accueil super et propriétaires à l’ecoute si besoin . Je recommande !

La maison est conforme au descriptif. Elle est très bien située à deux pas du centre de Sarlat.
Nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable. Pierre s'est occupé de nous et a réussi à remettre la piscine en eau et en température suite à un problème technique bien indépendant de sa volonté. Bravo pour cette réactivité qui a permis à nos jeunes et à nous de profiter de la piscine. Nous aons pu bénéficier de conseils bien utiles qui ont facilité notre séjour. Encore merci pour tout.

Merveilleux séjour chez des hôtes fantastiques!!
Nous avons été enchanté de faire la connaissance de Pierre et Karine. Nous y avons séjourné à huit et étions très à l'aise. Le repas découverte de la région est fait maison. Il vous est servi à table par les hôtes eux même. Que de rires cette soirée là!!! La maison est grande belle ensoleillée et la piscine chauffée et propre. Des fruits poussent dans le jardin, Pêches, figues et prunes sont à votre disposition. Rien n'a manqué lors de notre séjour avec le soleil dans cette maison chaleureuse. Nous retournerons avec grand plaisir revoir la belle Sarlat et la maison ou on s'est senti attendu, accueilli, choyé et respecté. Et cette tarte aux noix!!... Un délice... Ausgesprochen schönes, komfortables und günstig gelegenes Haus!
Das Haus ist sehr schön, nahe der Altstadt gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist top, wir haben trotz hoher Ansprüche an Küche und "Tisch-Equipment" nichts vermisst (außer vielleicht ein paar Cognac-Schwenker für den Armagnac ;-). Unsere Vermieter waren sehr liebenswürdig, hilfsbereit und flexibel (wir waren bei der Ankunft zu früh da). Das Haus bietet nicht nur reichlich Platz und zwei ordentliche Bäder, sondern auch mit Billard und Pool gute Unterhaltung. Und der Sitz auf der Terrasse unter den Ranken ist echt formidabel! Insgesamt eine Top-Adresse!

Très agréable petite semaine passée au "Breuil" chez Karine et Pierre ! La maison est exceptionnelle : situation idéale à 5 minutes à pieds du centre de Sarlat historique, piscine chauffée avec terrasses aménagées et jardin (en pente), 4 chambres spacieuses, grandes pièces de vie, cuisine bien équipée... la maison est mieux en réalité que sur les photos. Karine et Pierre sont aux petits soins ! Je recommande vivement !
