Housing:

The Red House is a small old stone house in Périgord.

You will find on the ground floor a comfortable living room with a well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 4 gas rings, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and kitchenware).
Upstairs, 2 neat and fresh rooms with a double bed and two single beds, and a separate toilet and a shower room. The cottage opens onto a large garden and woods.
The 11x5 heated swimming pool is 2 steps away and offers its freshness and relaxation area, it is open to holidaymakers from 9:00 to 20:00. (Children must be accompanied by an adult for access to the pool).
A summer kitchen (outside) and a communal laundry, with lava linen, dry linen, ironing board with iron is available to guests. As well as a little away, a space dedicated to children's games, slide and swings (under the responsibility of parents).
The Domaine de l'Homme forms with the home of the owner and its 3 cottages a harmonious set on a plot of 10 000 m² hilly, surrounded by vineyards and woods. The view of the countryside is superb and relaxing.

Access for travelers:

Travelers have access to the entire property outside the host's private home.
Access to the cottage is completely independent.

Guest arrivals must be between 17:00 and 22:00.
Departures must be done at 11:00.

Other remarks:

On request we provide a free cot and high chair.
The basic maintenance products are provided (sponges, washing up product, soil product ...).
Ability to sleep two more people on the sofa of the main room.
Prices quoted include the rental of sheets and towels, tourist tax, water, electricity and gas. For your comfort, the beds will be made before your arrival in our house.
Possibility to smoke outside. Strong music after 22:00 is not allowed. No cleaning products should be introduced in the toilet, nor hygienic protection, nor condom, nothing more than toilet paper. (Toilet with septic tank).
